Ash's Diary:
Last night, Lillie and I let all of our friends know something. Before the New Years' Eve celebrations, Lillie and I agreed to do something to confirm everyone's suspicions. We acted like everything was normal prior to the countdown, but as it began, we moved rather close to one another. Lana eyed us suspiciously, but the countdown had hit 45 and everyone was excited. "10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, HAPPY NEW YEARS!" Everyone shouted, but as they welcomed the new year, Lillie and I engaged in a passionate kiss, Lana was internally fangirling, Mallow was cheering, Kiawe was too distracted by all the fireworks, and Sophocles was sleeping. Kukui and Professor Burnet were there as well, but they were in a lip lock as well. "I knew the whole time," Lana told us. We broke away for air as the fireworks kept going off, and in a moment of deja vu, Lillie and I fell asleep on each other after the fireworks ended. This time though, when we woke up, neither of us was embarrassed, she wasn't just my friend anymore, she was my girlfriend!
