Epilogue
Natalie's POV
A Few Months Later~"You all seem like you're walking on egg shells around me. Why is that?" I asked while looking at Lucy, Noah, and Aiden as they continued to follow me around my office. I had wanted to come in and finish up some important things but I could never go alone.
"Well, you could go into labor at any moment now." Noah stated while staring at me as I rolled my eyes before sitting down and going back to finishing up a paper I had been working on for months. "Can't you at least go home and rest? You're supposed to be on maternity leave. Why are you here?" He inquired with a raised brow as Aiden chirped in.
"She said that she was bored around the house or something along those lines." He added as I looked over at him before looking back at my brother who suddenly stood up.
"As much as I love you, you have to know your limits. If you're water were to break here, you'd have to wait for an elevator to take you all the way down then you'd have to cross the large lobby. Do you really want that? Also, why couldn't you do this at home if you really wanted to work?" He inquired as I quietly typed away at my computer.
"I didn't want to do it at home, Noah. If my water were to break now, I would be perfectly fine. This isn't my first child. I'm perfectly fine." I lied as I could feel the back pain coming on again. "See, perfectly fine. Just some Braxton Hicks and back pain again." I smiled as Lucy stood up too with her arms crossed. "I feel fine, in fact, I feel like I can run a marathon. I feel better than I did yesterday. I was so tired yesterday after rearranging the baby's room." I smiled as Lucy shook her head at me.
"Nat, love. I'm no doctor nor a nurse, but for this one time, please go to the emergency room to make sure it's just Braxton Hicks. I would rather a doctor tell you that it's a false contraction than to be worried to death. We're all worried about you." She stated as Aiden and Noah nodded along with her before I saved the work that I was working on before sending off to the right recipient.
"Alright, I'll go. I finished what I had to do anyway, but please take care of things here." I stated as Noah nodded before Aiden came and helped me up. "I'm fine. Everything is good. The baby isn't due for another week." I stated as we started to leave my office.

"Ms. Atkinson, how long apart are the contractions?" The doctor asked while examining me as I laid back on the table thinking.
"A good eight to nine minutes apart. I usually get up and walk around for a little until they go away but these seem to stay a little longer." I informed as the doctor hummed for a second before coming back up.
"Have you been urinating a lot today?" He asked as I nodded. "Well, it seems like your water broke sometime during the day. The contractions aren't Braxton Hicks this time, you're going into labor. I'll have them admit you to a room, but it'll be some time before you're fully dilated. I will have a nurse come and check up on your progress. They'll be back soon to take you to your room." He stated before standing up while we thanked him. As soon as he left, I looked over at Aiden.
"Our baby's coming tonight." I gasped while Aiden kissed my forehead with a smile. "We have to let everyone know." I stated while phoning my Nonna to let her know that I was going in labor and needed my bag. After we practically phoned both families, we sat back and waited. "Have you thought of any names?" I asked while holding Aiden's hand as he hummed in reply. "What about Luca as a middle name?" I suggested as he nodded.
"I like that but I'm still thinking of a first name. Something that's cute but can also be used as a good nickname." He stated while playing with my fingers. "Hear me out, what about Elias?" He suggested as I smiled at that. "He could have such cool nicknames like Eli or Silas! I bet he'd be the coolest kid in school!" Aiden excitedly exclaimed as I laughed.
It didn't take long before a nurse came to take us to a room. Once we arrived, she told me that I was able to get comfortable and to call if I needed anything. I started off with taking a warm shower before changing into the hospital gown that I was given. After that, I just quietly danced along with Aiden to some random music. Our families and the nurses were in and out of the room from time to time. Before we even knew it, our baby was making an appearance into the world with a good set of lungs on him as he cried as loud as he could.
Once he was cleaned up, he was carefully handed to me all bundled up. Small dark brown curls covered his head as his eyes looked around. "My beautiful boy, Elias." I cooed while gently rubbing his cheeks as his cries became quiet. Looking over at Aiden, I urged him over as he leaned next to me. "He looks more like you." I stated while glancing up at him as he kissed my forehead.
