*Elizas pov*
"Angelica?" I yell Angelica's name to see where she was, we are currently out our house which is the literal size of a mansion so it was hard to find someone here
"Angie?" I yell her nickname while passing the kitchen, it's not uncommon for us to have nicknames for each other, mine is Eliza but some may call me Betsy, and my younger sister margarita is called Peggy, Angelica didn't have a specific nickname... But I liked to call her Angie to shorten it a bit.
As I was walking by, I pass Angelica's room and catch a glimpse of her on her bed reading a book, I retreat back to the room and stand at the door. Angelica hadn't noticed my presence so I knocked on the door "excuse me, Angelica, can I Come in?" I ask politely.
Suddenly Angelica jumps from the noise I made and hides the book "oh Betsy come in!" she says nervously.
A sigh escapes my lips "Angie were you reading common sense again? You know father will kill you if he finds out you're reading that.." I say
"oh, Betsey! He won't find out, spot fussing over it! and by the way, this book is way interesting than drinking tea in the garden" she says with a sassy tone, knowing full well that I drink tea in the afternoon in the garden.
"anyways, what did thou come to speak to me about?" Angelica asks razing an eyebrow,
I nervously stroke my hair with my hands
"w-well you know h-how the winter ball is c-coming up?" Angelica nods "well... I'm just. J-just" Angelica stares at her sister while she rambles trying to make words "I'M JUST SO EXCITED" I blurt out which surprises my sister "waoh Betsy what's with the excitement?" angelica asks whilst she giggles "I mean"
Eliza sits down next to her sister "I can't wait to find someone who will truly make me happy! I can just imagine everything" Eliza blushes "everything will be perfect and we'll have so many children," Eliza says helplessly whilst she puts her hand's on her rosy red cheek's "oh dear sister" Angelica giggles "marriage isn't everything, you know?" Angelica says while she takes out her book of common sense from the covers "there's so much here that describes how a woman should have equality and should be able to work the same as men" Angelica rambles on while Eliza just listens silently confused "and the-" Angelica realizes she's rambling as she looks upon her sisters face "oh dear, I'm sorry Betsy, I guessing I was rambling again" Eliza nods "its fine sister. I guess we just have a different point of view on life, I want so many children" I giggle making Angelica smile "and you a revelation" Angelica nods in agreement "anything else you wanted to talk about the winters ball?" Angelica asks "well besides the fact that I'm hoping I could find my potential lover..." Eliza takes a moment then continues "I was hoping you could go out with me and Peggy to find dresses? " I smile "well" Angelica looks down at the book of common sense and sighs "fine. I guess I could continue to read it another time" Angelica says while she hides the book under the bed again and stands up
"let's go shall we?" Angelica smirks "I'd be delighted" Eliza say while grabbing onto Angelica's arm, making both young lady's laugh, showing how strong the sibling relationship was
