As we walked into the school building, everyone stopped and stared. Wow, this boy sure knows how to draw some attention. And the bad part is, I kinda felt like I was On top of the world. It was pretty good. It turns out luke and I had most of the same classes. When we walked into first block, which was psychology, he picked a seat by me. My schedule is pretty awesome, it's kinda like a do whatever semester. I got all of my required classes in last year, so I could do whatever I wanted. I have psychology first, Shakespeare second, animal care third and horse care fourth.
Horse care is my favorite. Only a few people get into it a year. We get to look through ads and pick out our own horse. Then we do a fundraiser type thing an earn as mic money as we need to provide for the horses. When we graduate, we either get to keep them, pass them to a new kid who wants them, or sell them. I plan on keeping mine. We already have three other horses, so why not?
Anyway, as soon as class started, our teacher assigned us a partner project. Luke automatically asked me if I wanted to be partners with him of course I did!
"Okay. Now that you have your partners. Y'all are going to interview each other. I want you to write a five to six page paper about your partner. I want you guys to hang out with each other outside as well, so I want you to do some of each others favorite things and take pictures. It is due exactly four weeks from now. I want the paper as well as the pictures you take turned in."
Well...isn't this just great! I just signed up to spend the next four weeks with Luke, when I should be avoiding it. I can't afford a distraction right now.
