And I know these chapters are short, but I'm going to start working on them, and make them longer.

The next morning, being the last day of school before spring break, Luke calls saying that for Spring Break he was going to some cabin that him and his dad owned in London...

"London? Wow. That sounds like fun!" I said kind of shocked because this boy has finally gotten to me and now I won't see him for two weeks. Oh we'll maybe this is for the best. I shouldn't be pining over him anyway. Jeez, I am such a promise breaker.

You see, Ever since I saw Luke... and I might as well go ahead and add his truck to that, I promised myself that I wouldn't talk to him because I already knew it would lead to some trouble. I also promised Mark, at his funeral, although I know he wouldn't want me to be alone. I know he would want me to find a great guy and get married and have little babies running all over the place. But that's the part that hurts the most, knowing it'll never be him. I know I need to move on, its just a whole lot harder than you would think!

The sound of Luke's voice snapped me from my thoughts.

"I'm sorry, what was that?" I say, feeling really bad.

"Well, I was wondering if you could go with me."

!!!!!

"Me?" I asked, completely dumbfounded.

"Yes, you. it was going to be me and my dad, but as always he has to 'work' and I couldn't think of anyone else if rather spend my time with. And wow that sounds really cliche."

Awwww. He's rambling. Whyyyyyy is he so cute!!

"Umm... well I would love to go, but I'll have to talk to my parents about it."

"Yeah, okay. I can even get my dad to talk to them if you would like.especially since its really late notice."

"That would be great."

How could my parents not say yes. I mean, spending two weeks alone... with a boy... in London... what could go wrong.

The idea frightens me as much as it entices me.

Oh hey, that rhymed, well sort of.

Anyway! my parents are totally in love with him. And surprisingly, this is the happiest anyone has been able to make me since Mark died.
