8 - Maid

On the next day, I woke up as early as ever. Took a shower and putting on nice clothes to start my new day. The sunrise display itself through the window's room is really pretty and give me somewhat energy.

I knocked onto his door just like yesterday's night. As usual there's no reply. I sighed and thinking whether I should ambushed his door just like that or wait till he open it. No way he's going to open it.

BINGO! I've got an idea! I quickly rushes out to find Miss Sara, the maid who brought me to my room. I wanna get some of her maid clothes to avoid him to recognize me. He might chase me away or choking me second time if I been there like that again.

I tried to find Miss Sara in the mansion and I saw her in the kitchen. She was baking some strawberry pies and the smell spread in the air really makes my stomach growling.

"Good morning Miss Sara!" I screamed a little bit and patted her shoulder slowly.

"Oh my! Miss Y/N you make me shocked!" I put up my two hands like surrender as not to do that again.

"Good morning Miss Y/N. I've made some strawberry pies. This is San's favourite" I chuckled when Sara said that. He do have a cute spot. Kkk.

"Really? How did you know Miss Sara?" I asked her because she do know a lot about San.

"Just call me Sara, Miss Y/N. I've being sending him all the foods here since he were 13" I nodded understand her words.

"May I know Sara are you still single? Why you didn't go find new job out there or having your own family or probably travelling out to many places?" Sara just smiled and shaking her head.

"I can't. I love this job..." Her tone volume down at the end of her words. I feel curious with her answer.

"Oh by the way, may I know why you're searching for me here?" Sara quickly asked other question to get out off topic.

"Oh em... I want to borrow your maid uniform for a while. Can I?" Sara didn't asked more and nodded. She quickly went to her room near to the kitchen and went back with her maid uniform on her hand.

"Here. You can use as long as you want. But do return to me with clean one okay" I nodded and took the uniform from her hand.

"Sara, can I took this pie to him? Maybe I can get close to him by bringing his favourite food" Sara nodded and handed me the pie on the silverish tray.

I walked away from the kitchen and turned back to Sara.

"Sara." She looked at me.

"Just called me Y/N" She nodded and smiled. I smiled to her and walked away from there.

"Haloooooo.... San, how are you... It's me Y/N." I yelled but not too loud in front of his room while knocking his door's room.

As usual, no replied.

"Hmmm I will use the key then" I shoved the key to the door hole and turned it until I can turn the knob. I put the strawberry pie that already on the tray and leave it in front his door. Worried strawberry pie might get choking.. opssiiie sorry... smashed by him.

I opened the door and slowly peeking my head inside to look the room surrounding. Worried he might jump on me.

I took steps inside and closed the door. The messy floor really make my hands itchy to clean it.

"Knock it over Y/N. You're coming here to be friend with San" while searching for him but he's nowhere to be found. Not on the bed, near the window or anywhere in the room. Then I realised water dripping sound coming from the bathroom as someone taking a shower.

"Probably I just wait somewhere around this room until he finish" while searching a place near the book rack. My eyes suddenly caught on a small frame of old picture at the highest level of the book rack which higher than my height. I tried to reach it out but canceled when I heard shower sound stopped.

"What are you going to do Y/N... Should I just wait here or approach him?" while rubbing my chin and eyes looking to the ceiling. Like a detective.

"Probably I should just hide between the book rack and the wall and surprised him to see how he react if I show myself in maid costume. "Kkk" I quickly hiding myself between the wall and the book rack before he opened the bathroom door.

I heard footsteps coming out from the bathroom and I felt it's time for me to show up but.. I stopped when I heard his footsteps stop. Suddenly I heard he threw something on the floor. It's so loud! I don't know why he acting like that!

"SHOW YOURSELF! I KNOW SOMEONE'S COMING INTO MY ROOM!" He yelled loudly and throwing some stuff around like searching for the one that come into his room.

Cold sweat rushes down from head to my neck. I felt shiver at that moment. I really gonna be caught this time! How did he knew someone's when in here?! The first terrible encounter incident already makes me traumatised and now this even more worst!

"Probably I just kept hiding in here and wait till he stop" I just hiding and standing there at the same spot and wait till he stopped.

The smashed sound already stopped and it's been 15 minutes I stood up there. I don't know what to do. To run away, to just stand there or knock him down. I felt very hot with this small space and dusty spot.

"Maybe I should check whether he already stop and go away from there. Luckily he's room is so spacious. I've got many places to hide" I slowly put out my right foot and face looked at the surrounding. Worried if he might still be there.

The coarse is clear. I speed up my tip toed and moved to the door. My heart beats very fast at that time as running from the serial killer. I nearly touched the door knob but suddenly something pulled my neck back and I felt my back hit with someone. IT'S HIM! I know it's him even though he's behind me. Of course no one else treat me like that!

"Trying to run away?" He whispered to my ear while pulling hard the towel circling around my neck.

I'M DEAD!
