My True Self

I sometimes can be really quite,
Especially when I first walk into a room.
But give me a second to gage you,
Before I show you me true.

I may not always say what I am thinking,
Because I do not want to send you screaming.
My mind is a battlefield,
Which some find displeasing.

I sometimes jump to conclusions,
Thinking the world is conspiring against me.
Taunting me to test my intelligence,
Making me feel like I am noting but irrelevant.

I can get very loud,
When defending what I believe to be true.
Arguing seems to be what is perfect to do,
So you can see my perception too.

I may not always stick up for my self,
Letting you believe what you will about me.
But when it comes to the ones I love,
No one can speak ill or you gonna get it.

I am a good problem solver,
Loving to connect the dots.
Taking time to understand and see,
Why things aren't always as they seem.

I may not be your favourite person,
But I will always tell you like it is.
Never leaving you to question,
What I truly think.

I ask a lot of question,
It's how I acquire knowledge.
Providing me with information,
I like to acknowledge.

I am very laid back,
Going where the wind takes me,
Taking life as it comes,
Not letting it phase me.

I am a believer of all thing Jesus Christ,
I know there is but one God.
Trusting in him continuously,
Letting him lead it all.

I can often get frustrated,
Especially if things do not go my way.
Lashing out in annoyance,
Letting you know I do not rate it.

What else am I?
I am as complexed as a baby.
So know you do not know me.
Well not as well as you thought maybe.
