The Fall of Mount Olympus

XII- The Meaning

Kaitlin's holiday was coming to an end. She was packing her bags in the quiet. Then she was remembering memories from Mount Olympus.

Walking over to the wall, she ran a finger over the handle of a sword. Blinking back tears she walked outside to see the slow repair of her holiday home.

She wasn't sure if she wanted to say good bye or hello. Soon she would be returning, literary to hell. She saw Piper and Jason running over to her.

Kaitlin saw that when Piper came closer she was holding a golden note. She handed it to Kaitlin. She read over the note, she wasn't quite sure what it means.

Then she realise that the meaning is friendship. "We just want to say good bye. We really enjoyed having you!"
Piper said. "Kate, when are you coming back?" Jason added. "Honestly, I have no idea!" Kaitlin said.

"There is something we want to show you." Jason said. Following close behind Jason and Piper, they arrived at the grand hall.

"It's a party!" Piper said. Kaitlin was shocked. She didn't except this. "Its for helping us save Olympus." Jason added. Then Jupiter walked over and offered the three of them a drink.

Apollo was DJ the party. He gots lots of music playing, then he finally mashed them all up, into one mega song.

"I will always remember our time together." Kaitlin said over the loud music. Then she pulled out her camera. She took one final photo. "Have you been taking photos the entire time you were her?" Jupiter asked.

She smiled. "What about the battle?" Jason added. "Auto- Timer." She said. She showed them all the photos she took while here. "I remember that one! It was when you first fell asleep in your food!" Piper said.

Then she finally came to the last one. "This is my favourite." Kaitlin said. "Same!" Jason replied.

Jason grabbed Piper and they danced on the dance floor. Kaitlin had her camera ready. She was talking photos while her two friends were dancing.

Then she captured the perfect photo. The photo of Jason giving Piper a kiss. She smiled.

The party continued late into the night, but Kaitlin called it an early night. When she arrived into her room she got out a spare photo album and she called it "Friendship".

She fell asleep, clutching her camera. When Piper found her, Kaitlin was fast asleep. Piper removed the camera and photo album. She left Kaitlin's room and she whispered "Thanks for coming."
