~chapter 10~

i wake up and immediately run into delilah and indie's rooms to wake them up as well.

"RISE AND SHINE YOU'RE GOING TO MEET MY OTHER TWO BEST FRIENDS WHO ARE ALSO SINGLE!!" I yell as i run around the house.

"Oh my gosh i'm going to meet reece." indie says in realization.

"And i'm going to meet george!" delilah squeals. "They're both so cute!"

"I know right," i laugh. "Get some football jerseys and shorts because i want to beat blake again."

We gather all our things and quickly get ready. we head out the door and drive to the new hope club house.

"So," i throw the football up in the air when blake answers the door. "you ready to lose again?" I smirk.

"Oh it's on." Blake returns my smirk. We follow blake outside and find george and reece already kicking a ball around.

"Reece, George!" i yell.

"Yeah?" George calls back, both of them obviously too distracted to look up.

"Look who's here!" I say and they do as i say. i throw the ball at reece and it barely misses his head, as he was staring at indie. i look over at george and see he's staring at delilah as well. Blake and i laugh and high five each other.

"Alright let's get this started! Girls against boys." i say and glance around at everyone. we go to our respective sides of the fields and i talk to the girls. "We're for sure going to win because these boys are good but we're better." A minute later, we start playing. We score multiple goals and end up winning.

"We've been playing our entire lives so what can we say? We're just better than you!" Delilah grins as she joins in me and indie's victory dance. The boys roll their eyes as we walk back into the house to get changed. I grabbed a shirt from blake's closet before he noticed and i ran into the bathroom to get changed. i threw the black, red, and white striped button down shirt and tucked it into my high waisted jeans. i must say, i pulled the shirt off very well. Plus, it smells like him and i'm absolutely obsessed. i walk out and throw my football outfit in my purse. I turn around and find blake staring at me. "What? Do i have something on my face?"

"No, like...it's just, i can't believe you're actually wearing my clothes." He stares at me for a bit longer  before he says, "You should keep the shirt."

"No, no, no. I'm not keeping your shirt. Athough, i love how it smells like you."

"I'll admit, you can pull it off better than me."

"Thanks but i have to disagree." I smile.

(Indie's POV)

I'm so glad i met Reece. I already feel like he's my other half and we have so much in common. After our football game, everyone was kind of doing their own thing. Blake and leilani were talking and laughing in the kitchem, George and Delilah were laying on the living room floor talking while reece and i were sat on the couch getting to know each other.

After we talk for about an hour and a half, Reece takes a strand of my hair and starts to play with it. "You're so beautiful, you know that right?" He says quietly. My cheeks heat up at his words and unfortunately he notices.

"Aw, you're blushing like a rose." He kisses both my cheeks to try to calm the heat down but that just made it worse. When he noticed that too, he just laughs slightly. "You're cute." He moves his hands away from my hair down to my hands. He plays with my fingers and traces all the many lines on my hand. Meanwhile, i sit and stare at him. I try to memorize every little detail about him before he notices me staring. I look down and see that he's slipping his hand in mine.

"I like the way your hand fits in mine." I say, smiling slightly and reece returns it.

"Me too."

(Delilahs POV)

I'm currently laying by the most handsome and sweetest guy in the world, so life couldn't get better.

"Hey lilah, i think you're absolutely amazing so i was wondering if you wanted to go on a date with me sometime?"

oh look at that, life just got better.

"yes, i would love to!! You're such a great guy, i'm glad i met you." I smile and we continue talking.

The girls and i were gathering our things and walking out the door when i hear george call out, "Delilah!" He comes running up to me, smiling like an idiot.

"Yes?" 

"You can't leave without letting me hug you first." He hugs me and i return the hug. which  makes me smile.

On the way home, all we can talk about is our experiences with the boys. I'm about to tell them everything about George when i notice something. "Wait a second...isn't that Blake's shirt?" I ask leilani and she nods while blushing.

"It smells like him and i never want to take it off." she smiles. "Anyways, continue."

i continue on with my tea about George and we all squeal together as we park in our driveway.

i ship them with all my heart even if this chapter is really cheesy but idc! we stan rindie and gelilah now don't we??
