~chapter 26~

I'm finally home after five months. i didn't tell the girls what day we were coming home so i'm excited to surprise them. I silently open the front door and walk in. I hear them watching a movie so i sneak up behind them.

"What are you watching? It seems interesting." I say casually, trying not to laugh at their reactions when i scared them.

"LEILANI, YOU'RE HOME!" Delilah screams and tackles me in a hug with indie quickly following suit.

"Why didn't you tell us when you were going to be home?" Indie questions.

"Because i wanted to surprise you." I laugh.

"Well it worked! How was tour? Tell us everything." Delilah urges.

"It was so amazing. I loved meeting all the fans and seeing the boys perform every night."

"I'm so jealous lani! You got to be with the boys for a solid five months! I missed my reece." Indie pouts.

"Your reece?" I smirk. For two months now, Reece has been planning on asking indie to be his girlfriend right when we got back home so i know it's going to happen very soon.

"No, no, nooo," indie says. "We've texted everyday and somethings there but nothing has happened yet."

"I'm sure something will happen soon." I comfort her trying not to give anything away.

"How's George?" Delilah asks.

"He misses you a lot. He wouldn't shut up about you." I smile and delilah returns it.

"I miss his hugs." She sighs. We keep talking and catching up until a knock at the door interrupts us and indie gets up to answer it.

(Indie's POV)

Leilani got here an hour ago so we were just catching up on each others lives when someone knocks on the door. "I'll get it." I say, walking towards the door. I open the door and see the person i've been waiting to see for five months.

"Reece." I whisper, a huge grin appearing on my face.

"Indie." He whispers too, the both of us staring at each other in unbelief. We go in for a hug and it feels good to be with him again.

"Is there anywhere we can talk? Alone?" He asks as he pulls away.

"yeah, upstairs in my room." He follows me upstairs and sits next to me on my bed. "What's up Reece?"

"On tour i realized that i hate being away from you. I realized that you make me happy and always put a smile on my face. You're always on my mind and i want to spend every second with you even though i know it's not possible. What i'm trying to say is, will you be my girlfriend?" With every word he gets closer.

"Kiss me." I whisper.

"The problem is," He says as he leans in closer. "if i kissed you, i don't think i'd be able to stop."

"Then don't stop." Right as i say these words a pair of soft lips found their way onto mine and it was different than anything i've ever felt before. He was strong and gentle. His hands, drawing shapes on my skin, sent shivers up my spine. I can't believe Reece and i are kissing, i love it. We were both smiling into the kiss, beyond happy that it finally happened. Reece was right, we weren't able to stop until half an hour later. I guess we both missed each other way too much.

"I'm guessing that's a yes?" Reece says when we finally pull away. I nod and throw my arms around him in a big hug.

"I'm so glad you're home Reece. I missed you so much it hurt."

"I missed you too." He eskimo kisses me before standing up. "We should head back down. They're probably wondering what happened to us." Reece laughs and helps me up before we head back downstairs.

(delilah's POV)
-the next day-

it's been a day since everyone got home from tour and i still haven't seen George, which is disappointing but at least he has a reason. When he got home he texted me saying that he's going to say hi to his family before coming to see me. Only problem is, he never told me when i would see him next.

I'm the only one home and am extremely bored. I'm walking around in my sweatpants and my nike sports bra with my hair pulled up in a messy bun, which is a pretty comfortable outfit if i do say so myself. I'm listening to music in my earbuds and i can barely make out the sound of a knock. I open it taking one earbud out and not caring about my appearance when a pair of lips crashed on mine. I was shocked and about to pull away when i realized who it was, which made me melt into the kiss with a smile on my face.

"George." I smile when we pull away.

"Indie." He returns the smile. "Sorry about what i just did it was really random-"

"George-"

"after five months i-" I cut his rambling off by placing a small kiss on his lips.

"I'm glad you kissed me." I chuckle.

"The last five months i've been thinking about it and i was wondering if you'd be my girlfriend?" George smiles.

"Yes!!" I squeal and throw my arms around him and he spins me around, both of us beyond happy. "I missed you too much, G."

"I missed you too, lilah."
