~chapter 14~

(5 days later)

we never told the boys when we were coming home, so we're planning on surprising them as soon as they land. After eleven long hours in the plane, we finally hopped off the plane and into a car.

"So Ben just told me they're at the studio. Should we go?"

"Yes!!" delilah exclaims and we laugh. twenty minutes later, we walk into the studio to find our three boys recording the studio version of Let Me Down Slow. Luckily, they had their backs to us so they couldn't see or hear us come in. The second they end, i press the microphone and say, "Beautiful! I absolutely loved it!" The girls and i clap. As soon as they heard my voice, all three of them spun around grinning, and ran out the door to us. Blake picked me up and spun me around.

"I missed you, leilei." His words are muffled by my hair.

"I missed you too." He sets me down and gives me a long kiss.

"You're clingy today." I laugh.

"I get clingy when i'm tired, and i've barely had any sleep so get used to it." He hugs me from the side as we watch our friends flirt with each other.

(Indie's POV)

I saw Reece walk towards me and embrace me in a big hug, both of us holding each other longer than necessary. "Dinner tonight? I'll pick you up at six?" He asks with a smirk.

"Of course! Casual or formal?" I ask, ecstatic.

"Hmm...let's say casual." He smiles. "Did you have fun in Hawaii?"

"Yes, it was so much fun! Have you been there yet?" i ask.

"No i haven't, but i want to."

"We should go together sometime!"

"Alone?"

"Yep," i smirk.

"I'd like that."

(Delilah's POV)

"George!" I saw him and ran to give him a hug.

"How's my beautiful Delilah?" He grins.

"Great! How's my handsome George?"

"Amazing. How was your trip?"

"It was so cool, i had so much fun! How was your meetings and rehearsals?"

"Boring as ever. Today's our last day so I can finally get some sleep tonight."

"Yay!"

"What do you say we do that date tonight?"

"Yes, i would love to! Are you sure though? You won't be too tired?" I ask, concerned.

"No, no, I'll be fine, i promise." George smiles at me once more.

(Indies POV)

Reece said casual, so i went casual. I put on my light blue shorts with a white tank top and a big flannel over it. I threw my hair up in a bun and put my white converse on. Almost a second after i finished, Reece rang the doorbell.

"Hey love, you ready?"

"Yup! Do i need a skateboard?" i ask, seeing a skateboard in his hands.

"Yep, it's gonna be fun!" I grab my board from the garage and join him out front.

"So, where are we getting dinner?" I ask as we skate off my driveway.

"I was thinking Nandos?"

"Yes! I've been craving that for too long." I laugh. Reece grabs out his phone to play music by artists like Ed Sheeran, The 1975, Billie Eilish, and The Neighborhood. There's a slight breeze, so the wind in my face felt amazing.
