A New Experience

Trouble Part 2

     The weekend came and went and once again all of the students of ANHS had to go back and attend their classes. Ayanokouji wakes up from his sleep feeling oddly refreshed and a lot "happier" than he usually would, but the boy did not know why he felt such happiness. He chose to push the matter to the side and decided to dress before he was late to class. 

     Class D, once C, was bustling voices and people. Friends talking about events that had happened over the weekend or catching up if they had not seen each other over the break. Ayankouji made his way past his classmates and sat down, and when he did Karuizawa entered the room. The couple exchanged a glance and returned to normal, but it would change very quickly. Satou entered the room and went over to Ayanokouji.

[The events that lead up to Satou confronting Ayanokouji]

     The President of ANHS had been walking around Keyaki Mall for a few minutes with his underclassman, Maya Satou, and they were discussing a topic that Satou, wholeheartedly, wanted to succeed.

"What if I told you I could make it so that Ayanokouji became yours, Ms. Satou?" Nagumo presented Satou with an offer he knew she could not refuse.

"Stop joking around President I do not believe such lies" Satou was stubborn and would not believe something that ridiculous.

"I am sure anyways that Ayanokouji does not like anyone at the moment so I have plenty of time to make him fall for me" 

"That is where you are wrong Ms. Satou."

"How would you know that then-President? You know nothing of Ayanokouji! It is impossible that he would like anyone right now!"

"Through my sources and my observation, there is enough evidence to suggest that he does."

"And what evidence would that be?"

"That I will not disclose but I hope you take my word for it."

     Satou knew that Nagumo was an incredibly smart person and the fact that he was President meant he had power and influence too, so she had no reason to not believe him.

"Oh and Satou the person that has Ayanokouji's interest would be your dear friend Karuizawa Kei."

     In a moment of thought, one sentence interrupted what she was thinking about. She could not believe such a thing.

"IMPOSSIBLE!" Satou shouted with such anger it almost scared Nagumo, nevertheless, he collected himself and began to speak

"I told you, Ms. Satou, I have enough evidence to ensure you that it is Karuizawa that has Ayankouji's interest, in fact, I think they might even be 'dating'" 

     Satou was speechless, she could not believe that her friend would do such a thing to her. She went to Karuizawa for help when it came to Ayanokouji and they had such a great time together too. She had given her such great advice on how to sway Ayanokouji which ultimately did not work but she was thankful.  She was sure that no other girl at ANHS would see the value of Ayanokouji except her and yet it was the person that she asked help from. She felt betrayed and questioned why Karuizawa would do such a thing. They rarely ever spent time with each other, that she was sure of, she even thought that they weren't even close enough to be on speaking terms. The fact that Karuizawa was the person Ayanokouji was interested in was confusing Satou. Then she came to a conclusion, the only reason they could have gotten so close is if they had interacted with each other in secret. 

But once again Nagumo interrupted her train of thought," Do not fret Ms. Satou I told you that I have the power to make Ayanokouji yours."

Jealousy and anger were filling Satou to the brim of her being and so she quickly wanted to know how to take back what was rightfully hers, "Tell me, President, I'll do anything if it means I can have Ayanokouji and take him away from her."

Nagumo smiled and said," Great I am glad you decided to cooperate."

     As they were walking they came across a certain shop and there they met the two people Satou did not want to see together. 

     She had no more reason to doubt Nagumo because right there in front of her eyes was Ayanokouji spending time with her, once friend, Karuizawa. Her resolve hardened and she felt even more determined to take him away from her. They exchanged a few words and left, but as they were leaving Satou turned around to see the handsome face of Ayanokouji and she turned back around with a smile on her face knowing that she would make Ayanokouji hers. 

"Interesting encounter don't you think Ms. Satou?"

"Yes, yes indeed. Now President tell me what to do."

"Well first off, I want them to have a reason not to spend time with each other, so all I want you to do is make a commotion. I do not care what you do just as long as it affects those two."

Satou had already thought of a way to do that, "No problem President it will be done.I do have a question to ask if you don't mind, why do all this?"

"Well I cannot delve too deep into that but let's just say that Ayanokouji  poses a big threat to me in a way you could not comprehend."

"Ah I see. Is there anything else I should do after I separate the two?"

"No, not as of yet once that task is done I will inform you of what else to do."

 With that Nagumo decided to end their talk, "Well Ms. Satou I appreciate you spending time to talk with me and I hope to see you again soon." Nagumo walked off back to wherever he had planned on going and so did Satou.

[Back to the events in the classroom]

"Ayanokouji...mind if I call you Kiyotaka?

Ayanokouji was surprised with the sudden request but saw no threat in letting her use his first name, "Sure I have no problem with that, but why the sudden request?"

"Ah, no reason I just wanted to. Anyway, I heard that you have a girlfriend now right?"

     Satou said it in a loud enough voice for the class to hear and instantly all other conversations ceased and Karuizawa turned around with fear on her face. Ayanokouji did not expect such a sudden attack from Satou but thought that it had to have been the work of Nagumo. 

"No, Satou I do not have a girlfriend and I don't know where you would get such information."

"Awww Kiyotaka us ladies have a very informative and reliable network of sources," Satou said with a smile, "But if it is not true you wouldn't mind going on a date with me right?"

Ayanokouji could not refuse because of the statement he had said earlier, but maybe this was a good chance to also figure out what will or has happened. So, with confidence, Ayanokouji said, "Yeah Satou I don't mind just tell me when and where I need to meet you."

"Perfect! I'll tell you later, oh and Kiyotaka please call me Maya," Satou walked off with a mischievous grin and on her way back to her desk stole a glance from Karuizawa, one that was filled with venom. In the commotion, Karuizawa could not think nor process of what had just occurred. Fear arose from Karuizawa's heart and she hoped that Ayanokouji had a plan. 

"Please Kiyotaka I hope you have a solution for this, I know you do," Karuizawa pleaded 

The bell rang and everyone sat down. The students all baffled with what just happened and all curious to know. Ayanokouji would have some explaining to do...
