♥ Chapter 2 ♥

Today. Today was it! Picnic day. Yashiro and Hanako got ready and around 6:30 pm they sat down under the confession tree. Yashiro brought plain donuts for Hanako and Hanako brought some snacks Yashiro liked. They put a blanket down and sat under the beautiful tree.

Hanako
I turn my head, this beautiful girl is sitting next to me.. gazing at this pink tree that shouldn't be here. I just want to tell her.. I love you.. to touch her face without being afraid and telling her how I feel. Lock lips without being really embarrassed. She looks really nice today.. I can't believe she actually got a different outfit for this day and I'm wearing this stupid black hat with my stupid black outfit.. She even got my favorite donuts...how cute.. She turns her head to me and then I start blushing. "U-um- Hahah.." I laugh it off even though I know I'm blushing. "Thank you for bringing me to this beautiful place Hanako-kun.. it's really thoughtful of you." She giggles and smiles at me. I think it's time for me to say something.. I gently grab both of her hands and gaze into her eyes.
...hanako?
"Yashiro I love you. I want to show you how much I love you and I just want to keep you close to me, I don't want you to be hurt by anyone and I just want to protect you.."
hanako.
I put my hand on her face and caress it. I slowly move my face closer to hers and notice we're about to kiss.. While there is a tiny space between us I say..
hanako...
  "I really do love you Yashiro.. thanks for being here for me...."

"H-Hanako..did I just hear you right?" The ghost took a nap on the windowsill and was mumbling words. Looks like it was a dream.."H-Huh?" He starts blushing, he notices the girl blushing as well. "Well if you were right well..I-" She was interrupted," I was just teasing you! You fell for it didn't you..Ghosts don't fall asleep." Yashiro frowns,"O-oh..okay." She sniffles a bit as she wipes her eyes. Yashiro giggles, her nose is stuffy and she looks towards Hanako,"C-Can I take a nap with you? I'm kind of upset.." The ghost gets surprised, she starts crying and now she wants to take a nap with him? "Sure.." He sits on the ground and opens his arms wide open, Yashiro goes into his arms, she's still upset but doesn't care. She tries to calm herself down and the ghost caresses her head mumbling,"you'll be okay.." Soon she falls asleep.

"Hello? Senpai?" That must be Kou, the ghost thought. A orange yellowish haired boy peaks into the girls bathroom as he sees the ghost caressing the raddish girls hair as she's asleep on top of him.

The ghost looks up at Kou, Kou seems to be upset. "Y-You.. you weren't doing anything d-dirty to her right?!". The ghost looks at him disgustedly and closes his eyes slowly. Kou leaves the bathroom upset.. he's going to get revenge.

Yashiro
H-Huh? I can't move... Hanako-Kun is holding me tightly.. like he doesn't want to let go of me. I've got to go to school.. it's Wednesday.. but I don't want to let go either. I look above me, it looks like Hanako-Kun is sleeping? Even though he told me Ghosts can't sleep.. maybe what he said was true then..I hope it wa- No Yashiro..Don't forget about Kou. We want to keep Hanako-Kun safe. I want to see if Hanako is really sleeping though.. I poke his face. He hasn't moved.. I move his hat off his head and I stare at him for a second. Maybe he's a deep sleeper.. maybe I can kiss him.. n-no!! Well.. now would probably be my only chance. O-Only on the cheek!! But I've already done that before.. o-on the lips? Should I.. i should.. just to check if he's awake.. no!! Y-yes..no...yes! Ugh!! I'll just.. do it..

The girl moves her face a bit closer to Hanako's. She starts breathing heavily and gulps. The ghost can feel her breathing on top of his face but doesn't fully wake up and thinks she just moved a little bit up. Then, Yashiro finally kissed him.
