Hey guys! Sososososososo happy, this week and next few weeks we're having social dancing and I'm dancing with my crush like omf he's so nice, neither of us can dance. We joke the entire time and let's just say by the end I was really dizzy. Anyways heres the chapter, dedication to my best friend @awksauce_dreamer go follow her and read her new fan fiction That Kid From Vine~ Jack Johnson. So yeah here's the chapter

Ashley's POV

I listened closely as I could hear Mitch inhale his breath loudly before answering.

"Well you see Meg-" he gets cut off by a car horn.

"Shit that's my ride home. I'll talk to you later." Mitch says and runs off.

Megan smiles and pulls out her phone.

"Hey Mitch, you tracked her phone yet?"

"You can't find her number? Idiot it's under her name."

"Wait. Look for 'My prostitute'." I felt a rush of anger as she said that.

"Good track that." My heart beat quickened

"I don't have her fucking phone, if I did I wouldn't need your help."

"No don't leave, you can't honestly leave me because you like her."

"Mitch, her life is at stake. We can't let her slip through our fingers." Wtf. Who's life? Mine? I really hope not...

"I don't care I will spike her drink at your party on Tuesday if I have to." She growls

"Shit I have to go." She hangs up the phone and runs off.

I quietly climb down from my tree and grab my pennyboard. I hop on and skate down to the bus station. I wait for what feels like hours which in reality was like 4 minutes. My bus X267 arrives and I pay the dollar 70c to get to the mall.

When I arrive I skate straight to the nearest phone shop which happened to be Vodafone.

"Excuse me do you think it would be possible for you to give me a new contracted sim with all my contacts and shit already on it?" I panick

"Of course. Could I see your sim card?" I hand her my sim card and she smiles.

"It'll be ready in 2 minutes take a seat in the corner." The woman gestures to the red L shaped sofa fitted into the corner. I take a seat and begin playing with the wheels on my pennyboard.

"Here you go miss." A voice snaps me out of my thoughts.

"Oh thanks, how much?" I ask taking the bag out of the lady's hand.

"It comes to $10.50." She smiles. I hand over a ten dollar bill and two quarters. I exit the shop and pull out my phone. I pop the sim card in and smile. Yes! A new number.

I text all the contacts I want to text and tell them it's my new number. I throw the old sim card in the fountain outside.

'Okay.' I think to myself. 'What now? Somewhere to stay. I can't use my debit card because my parents get my bank statement tomorrow. Great.' I set out on the bus again and I take three different buses before getting off at Santa Monica. I skate down to the small village in the center (Sorry never been to Santa Monica x) I skate to the estate just next to it and the seventh house down the second street I stop at.

I pick up my board and ring the doorbell. I sigh I wonder if she'll recognise me.

"Hel- ASHLEY MARIE!" She looks up at me and excitement sparkles in her crystal blue eyes.

"I didn't think you would remember me." I blush as she pulls me in for a hug.

"How could I forget you, we were inseperable in freshman and junior year, until I moved here."

"Erm... I feel kind of awkward asking this, but do you think I could stay here for a while." I look down at my feet.

"Of course!" Ryleigh exclaimed.

She dragged me inside to show me to her parents.
