Chapter 23: Adventure

Annie's POV:
I didn't know where we were going. Was I scared? Kinda. But I trust Kenz so I'm sure everything will be ok.
Annie: so where are we going exactly?
Kenzie: somewhere
Annie: and where is this somewhere?
Kenzie: you don't need to worry about that
Annie: but I want to worry about that
Kenzie: Anns do you not trust me?
Annie: no of course I do I'm just scared
Kenzie rolled her eyes playfully and smiled
Kenzie: don't be it'll be fun trust me
Annie: ok I trust you
After we walked a few more blocks we arrived at our destination. I had completely forgotten of this place, but as I looked around all the memories I had made here with Kenzie came rushing back.
Kenzie: ready to go back to the gym?
Annie: OH MY GOD YES! LETS TUMBLE
Kenzie and I quickly got into it. We flipped for hours. We rehearsed our old beam routines and we definitely did fail a few times but for the most part it was an adventure. After the gym closed for private lessons Kenzie and I parted our ways and went home. By the time I arrived it was only 4:30. I still had the rest of the day ahead of me. I decided to text Asher to see if he had any plans. Yes I could have texted John but I'm not sure texting Asher just felt right. He quickly responded and said he'd come over. I guess today's adventure continues.
