This night went slower than the rest. Kaminari just couldn't fall asleep no matter how hard he tried. He kept replaying everything Shinsou had said over and over.

Maybe Shinsou liked him? Would he like Shinsou back? ...he wasn't sure.

Or maybe it was just friendly teasing. Although if it was friendly would he have blushed so much. Ughh all this thinking was going to make him short circuit.

"Shinsou are you awake?" He asked quietly. At first there was no response. Then there was a groan. "Yes." "Shinsou...when you were at school did you like anyone?"

"No I hated everybody." "No I meant like did you like like anyone." Shinsou was quiet for a second. "Yeah."

Kaminari felt a tug in his heart. Why had he started this conversation? He couldn't end it now though. "Who?" "Why would I tell you Pikachu?" "Cause we are friends."

"Oh is that what we are?" "...what else would we be?" Shinsou looked to Kaminari. He had started to glow again.

He reminded Shinsou of a night light. "I don't know Kaminari. What would you like to be?"

"...I'm not sure." Shinsou nodded and went to go back to sleep. "Wait. Shinsou." Shinsou opened a eye peeking at the blonde.

"Maybe we should be more than friends?" "If you say best friends I'll kick your ass Kaminari." "No I want to be a couple. In all honesty I kinda had a crush on you while we were in school. I don't know if I thought of it as a crush back then but now it kinda screams crush."

Shinsou was a little surprised. "Why with me?" "Well your strong and sweet. Even if you don't admit it. Your also funny. You make me happy." "Everything makes you happy Kaminari."

"Not like you do" "More than friends...I've never been with someone. Let alone a guy." "Is that a yes?" "Did I say yes?" "No"

"So is that a no then?" "I didn't say no either." "Your confusing me Toshi." Shinsou paused. Did he want a relationship?

He had always been lonely even with his family. Maybe having a boyfriend would be good. He couldn't deny he had feelings for the blonde. He started to wonder if his dad went through the same thing with mic.

"Kaminari come to the bars okay?" Kaminari got a confused look but followed Shinsou order. Shinsou got out of bed and got close to the bars to right in front of the blonde.

Kaminaris heart started to race. What was Shinsou doing? "Calm down Kaminari. I'm testing something."

What on Earth could he be testing? Shinsou leaned in closer. He was so close Kaminari could see the many different purples in his eyes.

Shinsou leaned in even closer and sticking his head a little through the bars. He gently kissed Kaminari.

Holy crap. This is happening. My first kiss. Kami closed his eyes it was a innocent experiment at first. Then it went on a little longer.

Kaminari didn't want to pull away. Shinsou didn't really want to either but there's only so much you can do when bars separate you.

Shinsou also noticed that there was a slight tingle from Kaminaris lips. It was strange but he liked it.

When they finally pulled away they each took a breath. "So that's what that's like." Shinsou said quietly. "Please tell me that's a yes." Kaminari looked at him pleadingly. "Yes. We can be more than friends Kaminari."

"Yes!" "Shh!" "Sorry." "Now go to bed Pikachu." "Okay" Kaminari smiled happily and fell right to sleep.

Shinsou of course stayed awake barely getting any sleep. He didn't know if his father would be happy with another loud blonde hanging around but he couldn't help it.

He had never thought he would want a relationship. Not once. He figured he could be a hero without having anyone.

That proved to be far more difficult. It was so different with Kaminari. He had a crush on Shinsou. Even in school.

Why didn't he tell me? Probably was worried id reject him. Well that and he didn't seem to know it was a crush.

Being gay wasn't out of the ordinary. Before Shinsou had gotten kidnapped he noticed that the son of endeavor and Izuku had gotten together.

They seemed happier now. Shinsou smiled slightly and looked at the sleeping blonde.
