Merida closed her eyes and turned her head away.Hiccup just started at her wide eyed for a few seconds in shock.He didn't know she felt the same way about him.
"I,uh,understand if you don't feel the same way.I just wanted to tell you."Merida said quietly staring at the floor.
"Merida,I-"
""No,it's ok...really it is."
Hiccup put his hands on her cheeks and turned her head so she was looking at him.She looked at him confused about what was happening.
"Merida,listen to me.I don't like you."
"Oh.."Merida whispered
"Listen,I don't like you...I love you...With most of my heart..Toothless has the rest of it."He chuckled and she giggled.
"So,you do love me?"Merida asked quietly
"Yeah,and I can prove it."Hiccup responded
He held her hands softly in his,and leaned in closer.Merida leaned in and then they kissed.Merida wrapped her arms around his neck and he held her waist.They pulled away when they heard someone's footsteps.It was a woman Hiccup has never seen before.
"Uh,excuse me,but do I know you?"
The woman had long auburn hair and green eyes so light that they didn't look green from far.She was skinny and was about the same height as Hiccup.
"No,you don't.You were just a baby."
"That doesn't really answer my question."
"Hiccup,I'm your mother."
"And how do you know that?"
"A mother never forgets her child."
Merida just started at each of them as they talked,unsure of what to do.She felt awkward as she just stood there.
"Weeell,I,will just be outside with Toothless!Yeah with Toothless.See ya Hic!"
And with that,Merida ran outside happy to getaway from the situation.She went to Toothless and scratched behind his ear.
"Your just like the dogs sometimes Toothless!"

"So you're my mother?Everyone thinks that you're dead!How are you here?"
"Well,your father found me in the dragons hideout.I have been saving dragons from Drago.My dragon Cloudjumper(not sure if that's its name.....PLEASE CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG!!!!!or else I wont update either tomorrow or on Friday -_-)took e away when your father scared her(?) off.She took me to their hideout where the Bewilderbeast was"
"Whoa that's a lot to take in at once!"
Valka chuckled softly and nodded.She sat down on the bed next to him.
"So,who was that young girl?"Valka asked smiling
"Well,I guess I don't know.."He turned a little red and rubbed the back of his neck.
"I heard both of you.."Valka chuckled as hiccup turned even more red.
Hiccup got up and walked to the door.
"Wanna see Toothless?He's my dragon."
Valka nodded and they both walked out of the house to see Toothless rolling around next to Merida.Merida was laughing as she rubbed his belly.Once she saw Hiccup coming she smiled.
"Hello,my name is Valka!"
"Well,im Merida!"
Merida he,d her hand out and firmly shook Valka's hand.Valka smiled and looked at Toothless.
"A Night Fury!"She exclaimed in delight and they all started playing with Toothless for a while.Then,they all sat down by a lake and Merida started shooting arrows to catch fish for Toothless.Once the sun started to set,the all sat down on the grass and watched the sunset.
