"Please...please wait just a moment...!"
Raven turned around to see the boy bowing on the floor.
This...was a difficult situation.
The boy, hearing her stop, looked up to meet her eyes.
When their eyes met, the smile he made was so dazzling Raven felt her eyes go blind
No, really. If he doesn't control the sparkles hes sending out, my eye might just get poked out by one of them.
The boy spoke once again
" Please...! Miss... Allow me the honour to be your knight and pay you back with my life!"
Haa....
This was really troublesome.
I just did what anyone with a conscious would've done, sure- I know that's a rare thing here, but there's no need to be so dramatic and offer your whole life up.
Also, please stop with the sparkles, my eyes might seriously get damaged here.
Such were her thoughts.
But against them, she just smiled at the boy and said "There's no need for that. Please take care."
As she turned to leave, she felt a tug at her dress.
When she turned around once again, she looked into the boys eyes only to see the legendary puppy dog eyes.
It was a one hit K.O.
She stepped backwards, shielding her eyes from the blinding light only to slip on a pebble randomly placed there.
As she fell backwards, only one thought entered her mind.
Oh SHIT
As to how this all happened?
Well, a few hours earlier.....
"Pleeeeeaaaaaseeeee"
"Young miss...."
"Daisy...."
"....ugh"
It had been half a month since she had met her- ugh- father.
Not going out was proving to be more agonising than she imagined.
Back on earth(was she still on it?), She never would have believed her future self was so desperate for fresh air.
Back then, she was a hermit.
Only coming out for three reasons:
-School
-Food,
-And bathroom brakes.
I mean, why would she?
She had everything she ever really needed.
Her bed, phone, and internet.
A few snacks hidden here and there, too.
She was the happiest when left alone.
However here, where she lacked both her phone and the god blessed internet, what was she supposed to do?
She sneaked into the library at times, but she's already read almost every piece inside.
She was bored.
Ugh.
Never would she have thought that boredom would ever push her to studying.
