A/N: sorry it's so short! my friend wanted me to update so badly soooo here we go.
I had started regretting telling Russell the moment I pressed the 'enter' key to send my message of confession.
It was just two days after that. We hadn't talked since I told him my true feelings while we usually talked everyday.
This was not what I wanted.
Destructing my precious friendship with him wasn't my goal.
My goal was to deepen the relationship between us.
It obviously wasn't going that way.
I knew he used to like a girl.
One girl.
Only one girl since he came to this school.
One girl who I couldn't even start to be compared to.
She was gorgeous.
Beautiful.
Pretty.
Cute.
Stunning.
Nice.
Funny.
All around amazing.
Compared to her, I was a nothing. Perhaps a crumb. Perhaps a piece of dust. A wonderful piece of dust.
Just kidding. Wonderful shouldn't be allowed to describe me.
I was a nothing.
An absolute nothing.
So it was just two days afterward when I gathered a whole lot of other courage to talk to Russell yet again.
leigh evans(:: hey
russell ley: sup..
leigh evans(:: i was just kidding about two days ago
i actually like jeff... you were right :P
russell ley: oh
hah i knew it!
We continued talking, although I still felt some awkward atmosphere between us.
But that was that.
There.
Now everything was back to normal.
...Or was it?
