Shinsetsu and Haradachi arrived at the source of the small earthquake about a half an hour later.. A field of charred ground was all they found, along with ashes. Shinsetsu decided to walk around in it, but she found something.. A red pebble. She reached down to grab it.. Shinsetsu however, couldn't shake the feeling that something was off about this rock. She touched it, and instantly, a black mist began to emit from the rock, the mist rapidly crawling onto her skin.
Shinsetsu screamed and got Haradachi's attention. He could only watch in terror as his sister became engulfed in the thick mist.. Haradachi saw something he never saw before.. Shinsetsu was crying. Shinsetsu disappeared into the black mist. Haradachi ran the other way, tears rolling down his cheeks and soaking into the soil behind him.
Hours later, Haradachi came to a halt. He saw the Kingdom of Talafini. Haradachi was relieved. Talafini was the second largest Kingdom, and the Number one safest. Haradachi slowed his run to a walk, trying to catch his breath. Talafini wasn't too far away, he might be able to make it by nightfall.
'I might be able to make it past the forest in time.. But I'll have to keep in mind of the creatures and blockades that might stand in the way' Haradachi thought. He continued his stroll as the last sights of the kingdom were blocked by the forest.. Haradachi stopped there. He filled with hesitation as he looked on. Haradachi gulped and walked forward, entering the forest.
