Chapter 9: When Princess Jasmine meets Mr. Grey's Son

I was feeling comfy and I feel like I could sleep forever. My eyelids refused to open and I was more than happy for that, there was a faint throbbing at my temples but closing my eyes made the pain go away, forgotten. I didn't know how many minutes had passed as I stayed there, awake but not really awake. And then suddenly, like Buddha enlightening my foggy mind, I bolted upward- which was the stupidest thing I could've done, my head was like a mining center, it was being drilled from the inside out.

The growing headache I felt multiplied a hundred fold as I make out where I was and what I am wearing. The room was unfamiliar, the size of it was twice as that of my regular bedroom and based on the game console looming around the area, it was definitely a bachelor's pad. My heart did its stupid twirl when the spice and minty scent of my nemesis clung on the large tee swallowing my frame.

I dreadely looked at my right, his warmth seeping through my skin- making the room notch a couple of degrees higher- turning my suspicion into reality, we slept together.

Like the not so sane person who have pessimism and trust issues for a friend, I did the most insensible thing that I could think of in the moment- I screamed bloody murder and started hitting Blake's unsuspecting but still sinful as sin body. He groaned in irritation at my attempts and tried to block my blows to which I retaliated all the more. How could he take advantage of me like that? I trusted him to not do anything but it seems he couldn't keep it in his pants. I know I should be furiously angry but why the hell does my stomach felt funny when I thought of me and him together? Must be the drink.

"What the hell Maddie? Wait. Ow." They said that a guy's I've-just-gotten-out-of-my-bed voice was the sexiest thing yet to be heard but I never believed in that; for one, my brother Tyler sounded more like a rhinosaurus and Nate, well I never heard it since the only time he allowed me to sleep in his loft was the time that he disappeared in the middle of the night for football practice, and to hear Blake's sleepy voice first thing in the morning did all kinds of things on me- but that was beside the point.

"You jerk! How could you? I'm going to kill you!"

"What are you talking about? Wait Angel, dammit."

Remember when your pre-school religion teacher told you not to do unto others what you don't want them do unto you? Well let's just say that my neurotic antics forced karma to wound its thread- I fell ungracefully on the floor, my ass- which was on the negative scale- seemed to flatten even more, and I could almost imagine the smug smile and 'I

Told you so' look Mrs. Meyer would've given me if she was here right now.

"Maddie!" Blake's shocked voice made my head snapped towards his direction, his eyes wide with surprise and his arm stretched on the air. I glared at his direction and didn't expect what he did next, he laughed on my behalf- like really laugh, his teeth and gums showing making him looked as ugly as Joker, well I was at least entitled to hope right? The guy's freakishly gorgeous.

"I'm glad you find the situation funny." I stated dryly.

Blake continued laughing and I wished that he would at least swallow his own saliva and choked on it. "Sorry," he snorted. Racks of laughter still shaking his body. "Nice Micky Mouse undies by the way." He chuckled again, much more louder this time.

My cheeks flaming in embarassment, I hurriedly clenched my legs together and pulled the black t-shirt as longer as it could get, trying to cover as much skin as I could manage. Its embarassing enough that he got to see my underwear but for him to see the stupid mouse wearing a stupid red jumper printed on it was too much. The first thing I'll do when I get home was to discard the stacks of printed undies I owned and maybe, it was time to use the silk undies Mom forced me to have- I hope it wasn't rotting due to maluse.
