Prologue~Project X's story

(Hello People!! This is Aika-San here with a new story! But this one i will be having a co-author!!

 Project x's P.O.V.

Everything hurt, always.

It feels like I never get a break.

So many needles,

So many knives,

So much pain.

Laying on the concrete floor of my cell I roll onto my side, my bare arms and legs touching the cold stone floor. "Aria...? You there?" I say, whispering into the vent that connected me and Aria's cell. "Always" Said that chilling voice that I've come to know. I sit up, now leaning my back onto the cell wall, her voice giving me a sense of fulfillment. Even if we were stuck in this hell hole for eternity, we were stuck here together. I take a deep breath and tell her a story. "When we get out of here, not if, but when, I'm taking you with me, we'll go up to the surface, find some nice parents. We can forget about our life down here, live a normal one. That's a promise, ok?" She exhales and asks me how many times she has told me to leave her behind. To be honest, I lost count a while ago. "But why should I?" I ask her, concern in my voice, "Do you really want to rot in this hell forever? Call me selfish, but I want you with me, I need you with me." I choke out the last part, I was never good at feeling emotions, and I was just glad that Aria understood that. "Charlotte... There is something I've been neglecting to tell you. You can't take me with you, because I'm dead." I choked back a sob as those words pierced my ears. "W-What? You can't be dead, ghosts don't exist. Please tell me you are joking." I give sob out. "Charlie...You should know, down here, anything is possible."
