Chapter 24: the emotions

And second, I apologize again for the time it took me to update last time. School is a bitch- is what I normally say, but this time the bitch is coronavirus. I'm sure you've heard of it so I'm not gonna go into to much detail. So sorry if these sound like lame excuses but studying and procrastinating where taking up all my time. As a thank you, this is gonna be a long ass chapter-

Sorry for the long A/N. On to the story!

Error POV:

"So what's step 1 guardians?"
Nightmare glared at me before answering.
"So, step 1 is figuring out which emotions are missing and we need Ink for that. So In-"

I interrupted

"Inky, we need to ask you something, is that ok?"

His sad-fearful expression changed into an emotionless one.
I freaked out for a moment before Dream comforted me.

"That's a good thing. The emotion he's supposed to feel is missing so his emotionless one is taking it's place"

I sighed happily and continued.

"Ok, you remember all the emotions and the colors connected to them right?"

I asked in the sweetest voice I could. Ink kept the emotionless look and nodded.

" could you write them for me please?"
He repeated his previous action, this time grabbing the notebook he had previously set down and started doing as i had asked.
A few moments later he handed me the paper.

" Red: Anger -
Orange: Friendliness +
Yellow: Happiness +
Green: Generosity +
Blue: Sadness - ✔️
Purple: Lust -
Pink: Love +
White: Innocence +
Gray: Fear - ✔️
Black: Hate - ✔️
+ = positive
- = negative
✔️ = in the pokéball."

I snorted rather loudly as I read the end, before re-reading it and noticing lust was on the list of emotions. Oh shit. Oh no. My poor Virginity.

I handed the list to Dream And Nightmare only for Night to literally die when he also realized Lust was there
"OmG dReAm! CaN yOu BeLiVe It!? ErOrR iS fInAlLy GoNnA bEcOmE a MaN- *wheeze*"

Dream, who was clearly not as amused as his twin, lightly punched his shoulder before looking at me with sympathy.

"The fact that the only emotions Ink can feel right now are negative is definitely not a good thing.
I would suggest not to make him feel any new negative emotions for the time being, instead you should focus on the positive ones, more specifically the ones like friendliness and innocence. Their not exactly important emotions but they form Ink's personality. The reason you should get those first is because, since they're not as important you won't need to overwhelm him too much with em'. Oh! When you need help, feel free to call me or Nighty! But don't start immediately. Ink needs to heal physically and somehow mentally, so-"

Sci, whom I hadn't even noticed left. Burst into the room with concern written all over his face.

"INK IS POISONED!"
"WHAT!?"
"remember the blood sample we took? Yea, it came back today and it shows that some sort of poison is mixed with his blood-"
"IS HE GONNA BE OK!?"
"It's not lethal but it makes his physical body way more frail. It lasts for about 6-7 months..."
