Chapter 3

Agnarr POV🌊

"There is fog blocking the forest, we can't get in..." An unfamiliar lieutenant said dismally.

"Then continue and find an entrance, you do know that the king and our comrades are still in there right, do you!" Duke Lukas yelled at him.

I looked at the grandfather clock, waiting for time to pass by. Only one minute has gone by but it felt like an eternity.

Then I saw a soldier came in in a rush manner and whisper into the lieutenant ears, and I saw that he almost stumbled on himself.

"What's wrong?" I rub my temples, I have been getting headaches since that dream I got.

"Someone who manage to escape the forest saw.....the king falling off the cliff."

It was real, I wasn't hallucinating, my papa......

"Everyone leave the room." Duke Lukas ordered.

Everyone in the room quickly dismiss themselves while whispering to each other.

"Agnarr, you must stay strong, for your parents, and the whole of arendelle, you cannot fall!" He held my shoulders

"Unc-Uncle.....I can't...I dreamed about papa yesterday...." I started shedding tears.

"Hush my child....."

And that day my uncle comfort me the whole day, I shared all my doubts to him about being a king, and slowly drifted off to sleep.

I woke up due to the morning light hitting my eyes.

I went to the balcony and took a deep breath, seeing for the arendelle people talking with laughter made my mood daunted.

They still didn't know that their king was replace by a kid who knows nothing about governing a country, when I come in reign, I am not sure if I am able to give them the ability to smile.

I then hear the door opened, Kai came in and brought in a new pair of clothes.

"Your majesty, your clothes." As he placed down a new sewed garment down on the bed.

They started to use the king formalities on me, it couldn't have get any better to make my mood worse.

"Is there anything else kai?" I asked politely as I noticed he hasn't left the room.

"Duke Lukas told you he would be helping you with the council for a few days, so you don't have to attend the meeting today your majesty."

I heavily sighed, without Duke Lukas I wouldn't know how to deal with the council.

I didn't want to meet the outside world, I was too afraid to, so I asked Kai for my breakfast to be in bed.

"Certainly, I will take my leave, your majesty."

As I look around, I saw the Danish book that I have been hook up with.

The little mermaid....seems like a distraction.

After changing my clothes, I started to read my book to try and clear the anxiety I have while waiting for Kai to serve my breakfast.

Iduna POV💨

I woke up to the scent of lavender, it is even stronger than the one in the enchanted forest. I followed the scent and reached ms mane garden. There are bushes of lavender everywhere.

"Lavenders are my favorite as it gives off a soothing scent." Ms mane came behind me.

I jumped a little and frown at her.

She cackled, give a pat on my back, and started to caress my scarf.

"You're a northuldra."

I gave a nod back.

"You shouldn't have revealed your identity yesterday, it could cause you great risk to you due to the fighting incident."

"But it isn't us!"

It's was never us, I knew it in my heart, It couldn't be.

"I know I know, but now you are in arendelle, it's complicated, just promise you won't do it again."

I got what Ms mane meant, so much had happening in a matter of a day.

Knowing the consequences of revealing my identity in a foreign country, especially when there is fighting going on, I wouldn't risk my safety for it.

"I will."

Now, about the mysterious mist, I need to find out about how to undo everything and get back home, is there any information about that will tell the history of the enchanted forest......

"Would you like to go to the bookstore down the street?

A bookstore? Sounds like a place where there will be knowledge, and with knowledge there is always solution.

I nodded back to Ms Mane and she passed me a weird looking clothing.

"Take this dress, it's what I wore when I was young, it's should fit you, after changing come down for breakfast."

It took me awhile to understand the contraption, some tying of knots and I look like an arendellian.

I felt a tight around my waist, is Ms Mane that skinny last time?

"Oh it looks wonderful on you." charmed ms mane.

"I think its too tight for me." I felt embarrassed, was I that fat?

Ms mane turns me towards the front and untied something, and I gave out a deep breath.

"Oh silly, you didn't loosen the corset of course it feels tight, come on and eat your breakfast."

Fried potatoes with sausages, and it tastes splendid, I quickly ate finish and took my scarf.

"Take care of yourself." I heard ms mane and ran out of the cottage.

Gosh, it's so tiring when running with it, who invented this stuff nowadays.

When I enter the bookstore, and I saw a young man reading his book.

"Good morning lady, would you need any help today."

"Nope, I will be touring around, you wouldn't mind?" I look at the books stack on each other and smiled.

"Of course not, take your time."

There are around 10 shelves of books, probably there should be some information about clearing some strange weather.

Moments after moments, minutes turn to hours, the sun is setting, and I flipped the whole store around and I didn't understand what I was reading.

"Young lady, the store is about to close you have to get going soon."

I left with a disheartening look, with the knowledge of the language now, how am I able to understand books, maybe I should improve it first.

When I opened the door to the cottage, I saw ms mane laughing out loud with a man, he sounds familiar, when I got closer I saw the fierce man from yesterday.

"Good evening young lady, you should be expecting me from yesterday." He bowed down.

"Oh iduna, you're back, come darling you have to pack your things."

End

Yes, I changed this chapter a lot, but I promised, after stage 0 it would be about the same :> have a fun time reading the new plot!!! And would be right back with a new chapter :-)
