While Rosie was still dealing with anxiety of trying to get to know the new songs, tragedy struck. Her beloved grandmother, 89, died in the hospital. And she was immediately stricken with grief. She didn't want to do any of her favorite things anymore. She didn't want to swing at the park she didn't want to listen to any music and she ESPECIALLY didn't want anything to do with those new kids. Their horrible acapella song only reminded her then her grandma was gone and never coming back. And The beautiful memories of summer that she often thought of even listening to the former kids verison of the song were now gone and replaced with darkness. "I knew those 2017 kids weren't to be trusted." Rosie thought bitterly. "They took away my happy memories. This is even worse than killing me."
She spent a long time grieving. Crying at night, angry at herself and just wishing for her grandma to be back. Easter passed and soon they entered May. Rosie listened to the old Kidz bop music. But her heart was still broken. She noticed the new kids made a new version of Make some noise. She felt her anger rising.
"So it wasn't enough to take away my memories of cake by the ocean! You people felt the need to take these too!! WELL FORGET IT! IM NOT GOING TO LET YOU PEOPLE WIN!!!!
I just won't watch your stupid video! then you CAN'T take away my happy memories!!!!!
SO THERE!!! I WIN!!! HA HA!!!"
Many more months pass, As Rosie's heart begins to heal.
Summer soon came and with the Fourth of July came a ex boyfriend that she had broken up. his name was Mikey and he was always bragging about how respectful of women he was. I won't go into details about what happened with him. But he was not as respectful of women as he claimed to be. After he broke up with her (honestly looking back good riddance)
She went on a dating site and started going out with a guy named Will. She liked him and she wanted things to work out but there was one problem. He was kind of crazy. And honestly kind of creepy and stalker like. while she was dating will November struck and she and her friend Robin watched the movie Moana, Introducing her to many new Disney songs. Two of which were how far I'll go and you're welcome. anyway she was exploring for new songs to listen to and she noticed that Kidz bop had made some covers of them. This was finally it. These were songs she finally knew and they were by the new kids. So she swallowed her nerve and she listened to them and she really liked the songs! Now came the difficult part, she got out of pen and paper. And she drew some new pictures. And after staying up all night she put both songs up on her YouTube channel. It was now done the new kids music with now done on her YouTube channel.
And as 2017 came to a close, Rosie felt proud.
