𝖿𝗅𝗈𝖺𝗍𝗂𝗇𝗀 𝖻𝗅𝗈𝗌𝗌𝗈𝗆 - 𝐧. 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐤𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐮

𝖢𝗁𝖺𝗉𝗍𝖾𝗋 𝖳𝗐𝖾𝗇𝗍𝗒 𝖥𝗂𝗏𝖾

They all went to receive their scrolls. They had gotten the heaven scroll. As Ayame walked past some of the candidates she could feel their stare piercing the back of her head. She was one of the ten rookies and the genin probably thought they should get the rookies out of the way first and she was probably now a target.

All the rookies were actually.

Naruto looked at Sasuke and he asked, "Sasuke, when do you think Arina will be back?"

The Uchiha boy frowned at the blonde boy. "Why are you asking?"

"B-because-because. . ." Ayame could sense the nervousness in Naruto's voice. From what she knows Naruto likes Sasuke's sister, Arina. "I'm sure she wouldn't want to miss the chunin exams. You're in it remember."

Sasuke rolled his eyes but he didn't say anything.

"Listen up! All the teams have received their scrolls so everybody go to your gate and wait there. When the gate opens, the test is on!" Anko instructed to the genin. Ayame turned to Sakura who looked nervous. "You ready for this?"

Sakura turned to her twin and nodded. "Yeah."

"Let's go you two," Naruto told the twins. The four teammates all made their way to their gate which was gate twelve. They passed Shikamaru's team on the way and he just gave her a small encouraging smile and he mouthed 'good luck' to her. She was definitely going to need it.

"Believe it! I dare you to bring it on ninja. I'll just send it right back. Twice as hard," Naruto said excitedly while punching the air.

"All right, heads up you maggots! The second part of the test has begun!" Anko exclaimed bringing everyone's attention back fo her.

The gate slowly opened and Ayame stared into the forest. She let out a shaky breath and walked in with the other three.

"Well, all right! Here we go guys!"

The gates closed behind them and it seemed like they were going to be trapped inside the forest for the next five days. Either they make it to the tower with their scrolls or they die. One or the other. Ayame was praying it's the first.

The four walked further into the forest while keeping their guard up. They had to be careful and not attract too much attention to themselves. "Shouldn't we hide out until someone appears?" Ayame suggested.

"Why should we hide? We're not cowards. Let everyone come to us," Naruto said and Ayame rolled her eyes. "Naruto think for a second. Hiding is our best option at the moment."

"Ayame, you don't-"

They stopped when they heard screaming not too far from them.

"That sounded like someone screaming," Sakura whispered with wide eyes. She sounded just as terrified as she looked.

"I don't like this place," Ayame said.

"Yeah, me too."

Naruto gulped before he cleared his throat to scoff at the two girls. "Oh come on. It's nothing to be scared of. It's gonna be a piece of cake," he said with his hands beside his head. He suddenly stopped walking which made the other three frown.

"Excuse me a second. I really gotta go, you know," Naruto said as he turned to a small bush. Ayame's eyes widen when she realized he was going to pee right in front of them.

"Yeah right." Sakura hit Naruto on the head.

"Get out of here. What is this? A kennel? Not in front of me and Ayame you don't! Go find a bush or something!" Sakura scolded the boy and he groaned before running off to find a bush. Ayame looked around while they just waited for Naruto to finish up.
