Third Person:

"Knock knock," Chablis knocks on the door of his coworker and friend. Without waiting for an answer, Chablis enters the room, two glasses and a bottle of sherry in hand, "When was the last time you had a 26-year-old come through your door?"

John Henry simply keeps packing, not paying any mind to his friend, "not a 26-year-old." He mumbles under his breath.

Chablis heads over to the sitting area of John Henry's room, sitting the glasses and bottle on the table, "Sherry cask. I saved you a glass. Enough for two, actually. I thought we'd share." John Henry closes the wardrobe, getting Chablis' attention, "You're leaving."

John Henry continues to pack, "Just for a couple of days."

"Before the Seven Wonders? Does Rose know?"

"I need answers now and yes, she does."

"Okay. John Henry, I know that you've been skeptical and reluctant."

"What are you talking about? Jealous? Jealous of who?"

"Quite frankly, you've been a pain in the ass. But this disrespect for the process, for the Alpha, it's beneath you."

"Cordelia had a vision. She saw the apocalypse and the demon with a white face."

"What she saw was the writing on the wall."

"There is something wrong with Michael. I saw the white face demon."

"My God." Chablis shakes his head, "You are jealous. You think that Michael's ascendancy somehow diminishes you."

"Of course, I don't."

"What else could it be then?" Chablis crosses his arms, getting John Henry his max level of sassy, before he realizes what's really going on. "You're jealous of Michael, but not because he is the Alpha, but because he is winning over Rose."

"Don't be ridiculous. Why would I be jealous of him winning over Rose? Rose is... She's..."

"She's sweet and kind, and you love her." Chablis chuckles, "honestly, John Henry, could you be more of a cliche? The teacher falling for the student?"

"I did not..."

"And now you're upset that Rose is doing the same thing. You're upset that she is falling for someone her own age. Someone who has more power than you. Well, I will not allow your selfish behavior to jeopardize our chance to sit at the head of the table." Chablis moves a chair in front of the door as John Henry tries to leave.

John Henry turns to Chablis, "stand down, bitch," with the lift of his arm, John Henry sends Chablis across the room and to the wall, chuckling, "you have always bit off way more than you can chew. I am going to New Orleans to see Cordelia. And I'm not jealous, Behold." John Henry takes a few deep breaths, "I'm afraid." John Henry turns, moves the chair out of the way, before hurrying out of the room. All while Chablis is still stuck to the wall. Once the door closes, Chablis slides down the wall, landing on his feet.
