Weeks went by and neither one of the three talked to each other. Steve constantly tired to beg for Tony's forgiveness or would send someone to talk to him but it never worked. Bucky and Tony avoided each other in the halls and in any class they had each other. "Tone when are you going to tell us what happened with Steve?" Happy asked as they sat at the bleachers eating their lunch. Tony bit into his burger and said "Erm, never."
Pepper then chimed in with," you have to tell us eventually? Why not just now?" Rhodey says " yeah and the longer you stall the more we'll get frustrated and the more annoying we get. So what's it gunna be?" Tony crosses his arms and leans back, " not caving in." The 3 friends turn away facing each other leaving their backs facing Tony. Doing this made Tony pout, "fine!"
The three turned back around smiling. "We know you too well." Happy said. Tony crosses his arms and sighs. " okay I'll give you the short version. Steve came to my place drunk and Bucky came and stopped him. My dad made Steve leave. (Hehe that rhymed) Moral of the story is Bucky is my soulmate. Steve-" he says as he is cut off. "Tony." Tony looks at the figure standing next to him. "Bucky?" The other three sit there just looking at the two waiting for something to happen.
Bucky shift uncontrollably and says "can we go talk?" Tony looks at his friends asking if it okay with out saying anything and they all nod. "Sure." As they were leaving they hear. "Bring my baby back safe ya hear!" Come from Rhodey in a old timer voice. "If ya hurt my boy I'll hurt ya worse!" Happy said copying Rhodey. Pepper was sitting there laughing her ass off. Tony turns around and flips them off. "I'm sorry about them. They can be much sometimes." Bucky chuckles.
"Its fine. I wanted to talk to you and get to know you more." Tony stayed quiet. "Or we can just hangout?" Tony stops walking and looked says, "James, I want you to want to hangout with me. Not because you pity me or anything." Bucky looked at tony sadly. "Tony." "Bye Bucky." Tony turns around and walks back to his friends. "Anthony!" He continues walking "Buchanan." Bucky sighs and runs a hand through his hair.
Tony sits with his friends. "What did he want ?" Pepper asks. "To get to know me." The three gasp, " Dude Ian that what you have wanted since he first moved here?" Happy asks. "Well yeah but idk. I told him I want him to want to get to know me not because he pity's me or something." Pepper chimes in, "I don't think he pity's you. I think he likes you." Happy nudges her, "What would you know about liking someone?"
She turns red and shakes her head, "that is irrelevant. I know he likes him because his eyes haven't left him since he sat down. Lead on the tree to get a better view of him. Plus when they were talking usually there is a space of 2-feet between them and Bucky was very much closer to Tony than 2-feet." Everyone's eyes and mouth were open largely. She looks at them ," what I'm observant?!" Happy snorts, "yeah or psychotic!" He punches his arm playfully and Rhodey speaks up," I think she's right."
Tony raises his eye brow, " why so?" Rhodey leans back a bit and says, " he is still here and he's liked you since 8th grade." "WHAT!" Tony yells as he stands up. He looks at where Bucky was standing as runs to him. As he ran he felt both anger, and excitement and desperation. He reached him and pulled him into a kiss. Seconds later he slapped him. "How dare you not tell me you liked me in 8th grade and let Steve get me!"
Bucky confused on what just happened stuttered, "I-I ,We aren't gonna speed pass that like it didn't happen. What the fuck Tony?" "You likes me before Steve did and you just gave me up? Didn't try to get with me or anything!" "Tony, I did! Why do you think I would go to your house everyday? Why do you think I gave you some of my toys when we were younger. Steve only wanted you because I wanted you. He always took everything I wanted away before I could even process it."
Tony kissed him again but then pushed him away, " still didn't change the fact you didn't fight." "Okay 1. Stop teasing me! 2. I would have needed to fight if you would have told me you liked me!" "This isn't about me it's about you!" "You can't blame me for something we did or didn't do in middle school!!!" Tony gasps, " how dare you!" And storms have off. Bucky is left in shock and flustered.

Soo I know I said I was gonna publish this a while ago but I kept forgetting. And now that Corona is here I am going to be at home bored and I'm gunna do this instead of my work.
