Time has passed ever since Ryan was challenged into the race. During that time Ryan was working on some adjustments to his car. I was enjoying my time at the car meet. Nothing is better to me then dancing and having a good time. Especially with what I've been going through.
After that, I joined back up with Ryan and the car meet is now moved out from the alley way, onto the main street. Waiting for us to get ready and do this thing. I feel my heart now sinking down in my body. I don't know whether to be scared, nervous, or exhilarated. Maybe I'm feeling a bit of combination of all three.
Some random guy: "Aye yo everybody let's do this thing!!"
Everyone starts cheering and screaming at the top of their lungs. Ryan then comes up behind.
Ryan: "You ready to do this?"
Dejonté: "Yeah, I'll take my gun to scare them or pop their tires or-"
Ryan: "No!"
He stops me.
Ryan: "I need you to be at any means necessary mentality right now."
Dejonté: "But Blake said-"
Ryan: "I don't care what he said. He's not even apart of us 3/seventies, and I'm sure not going to let him tell us what to do."
Dejonté: "But what will Crow say if this gets all out of hand?"
Ryan: "Then you let me worry about that. Trust me, she'll be mad at me more than you. Look at it like this, it's either those guys kill us."
He points to the boss who is also getting ready for the race.
Ryan: "Or we get a mouthful of Crows. Which one would you like?"
Dejonté: "Fine Ryan. I'll try and do what I can."
Ryan: "Good. Now let's go."
I looked at Ryan's car before I got in.
