Adrian's POV
" My baby oh my baby", said my mum hugging the life out of me
    "Mum you are strangling him instead ", said Adrianna
" Adrian please don't ever leave me , do you know how much it hurts me to wake up every morning realizing the fact that you ran away ..", I cuts in before she could say any further
      "Mum, I missed you too, so will you stop crying now", I said as I cleaned her tears , the last thing I wanted is to be emotionally blackmailed by these tears to stay
      "This must be Claire right ", asked my mum finally realizing that we've got company
      "Yes mum, Mum this is Claire my girlfriend and you have already met my twin sister Adrianna", I said as I brought Claire close to them
      "You look even more beautiful in person than the pictures I  have seen of you , come here dear ", said my mum smiling as she gave Claire a hug
       "Good afternoon Mrs Anderson, it's nice to meet you", said Claire smiling.
       "How wonderful , we definitely have a lot of things to get to know about each other but for now you should freshen up after the journey, Adrianna kindly take Claire to her room", said My mum then the two ladies left us
          "Mum , dad ", I questioned without wasting much of my time
     "He's resting presently it will take awhile for you to see him so go freshen up first ", she said trying to hide how hurt she was from me.
      "Is he going to survive this time mum",I  asked 
     "It's worse than before so I have no idea son ", said my mum as she tried to be brave as I watched the glistering tears in her eyes
"Mum , dad's a fighter not a quitter he's definitely going to survive this ", I said as I hugged her
     "He will understand your reason for leaving you just have to give him a chance , okay", said my mum then I left her
    That isn't why I came back mum, I'm not interested in dad understanding me because he never did before so why start now

Cinthia's POV
"Good morning Mr Richard",I said as I brought him his coffee just like he wanted
      "What's good about this morning, this coffee seems bland you can't even do one thing right", said my boss frowning as he looked at me
    Why can't you just praise me for once and stop finding faults in every little thing I do
"Do you have something you wish to say to me , Miss Harrison", said my boss
   "Yes sir, it was a machine that made you the coffee not me ", I said
      "Go make one yourself", said my boss
God why is he my boss who says all handsome men are nice , well it's a horrible lie cos this handsome man before me doesn't have a nice bone in his body
"Did you want me to repeat myself Miss Harrison, get me a cup of coffee", said my boss angrily
      "Okay sir",I said immediately leaving his company
       "Has he fired you ", asked Judy as she watched me hurriedly walked out of my boss office
         "Not yet Judy ",I said as I left to go make him a cup of coffee
       Richard's POV
"We've been told your brother is back in town", said a voice on the phone
      "I am well aware ", I said feeling so upset
"You probably know it is high time you come down from the throne and hand over the crown to the rightful owner ", the voice chuckled
    "It seems you have forgotten that the rightful owner of the Anderson's wealth is me , no one else but me",I  said
  "I hope that isn't just your illusion, Richard, the old man is on his sick bed and then he suddenly remembers the prodigal son who has left home for the past six years now and suddenly he request to see him , what else do you think they will talk about except your dethronation I mean you can't always have what is not yours", said the voice
   "You better keep your words to yourself unless you want me to stuck it down your throat ", I said angrily
  "Well you better do something or else you will find your seat taken from your ass dear Richard", said the person on the phone as he hung up
Cinthia
Making a cup of coffee wasn't an easy thing for me but seeing how upset my boss is I decided not to waste anytime so I hurriedly walked to his office where some employees gathered
    What's going on
"Judy what is going on", I asked
   "Well the boss isn't in good mood today also I guess", she replied
  "Well isn't that everyday ,wait Cinthia did he request for coffee again", asked Mai
   "Machine made coffee taste horrible to the boss I guess", I said
   "Well aren't you going to give it to him", said Judy
"You can't be serious", I said
"Darling I'm dead serious I'm sure when he calms down and realise you didn't give him the coffee oh girl you will be toast ", said Judy
        "Am I going to get fired",I asked
"Well go see for yourself, good luck dear ", said Mai
    I guess I will just have to find out for myself
So maybe I should have stayed outside instead because my boss office looked like a shipwreck right now
      What made him do this
"Mr ..", I gulped down the saliva I never knew I stored as I felt so weakened with his eyes on me
     "Get out ", said my boss as he reached for something in his drawer
        Okay so maybe I have been fired or not I have no idea
    Wait he's bleeding
      "Will you get out before I throw you out myself", he said as he took a bottle out, it looked like drug as he poured some into his hand and swallowed
     And the next place I found myself was in his front holding a glass of water for him
       "Do I look like a charity case for you Miss Harrison ", he said as he took the glass from my hand and smashed it against the wall and he pinned me against the wall with his hands digging into my skin hurting me
     "You just never listen, do you ", he said as he stared into my watering eyes
     "You are hurting me", I winced as I looked at him , his eyes lacked the coldness I saw in them the first time we met but right now I saw immense hatred ,anger and desperation , he looked scary
       "Who are you foolish woman I told you to leave me ", he said angrily
       "You don't just listen do you , do you know what I do to those who don't listen to me , oh you have no idea ", he said as his finger gently stroke my face and that made me push him away from me as I turned to leave cleaning my tears
          "You are going to leave me right just like everyone else always do, nobody stays with me they always end up leaving ", he said as he stumbled into his chair
     That  touched me , he wasn't a cold person he was just wounded
       "He's back , he's going to take away everything from me, I own this all , all this belongs to me , why do they keep taking what I want from me ", he said as he cried
I didn't know how I found my arms around him hugging him
         "Why does he always make me lesser than him , I'm also his  son , why can't he ever love me ", he said silently as he held me
       I had no idea what to say to comfort him so all I did was just listen to him after some time he fell asleep as I took care of his bleeding
  I wish I could also heal his broken heart , I really wish I could as I stood there staring at the man before me he was different from the bossy man he revealed himself to be .
    Okay so maybe I just had the weirdest day at work, so will he remember what he did to me ,will I get fired ?
