Percy nodded to Jason as he opened the door and let him in. "So... Have You gotten him to say anything?" Jason asked quietly, glancing upstairs. "No... I'm just worried he... The babies..." Jason nodded, swallowing hardly. "Yeah. Um.... We're going to have to take him to the hospital to check... Probabaly not now though. He should get rest. Once he wakes up, bring him to the hospital." Percy nodded, chewing on his lip. "Yeah... Just... I don't know what to do..." Jason put a hand on his shoulder, sighing and shaking his head. "There's nothing you can do besides just being there for him. The police are going to be there so.... Just be there for him." Percy nodded, then said a quiet goodbye and walked upstairs to Nico.
Nico looked up as the door opened, wiping the tears off his cheeks. He stated at Percy for a few seconds, then looked down, sniffling. Percy smiled slightly, walking over to the bed slowly. Nico looked up as Percy rested his hand on Nico's shoulder lightly. "Uh... Do you want anything?" Nico looked away from Percy, digging his teeth into his lip, trying to middle the sobs. Percy sighed and sat down on the edge of the bed, taking Nico's hand gently. "I.... This isn't your fault. Just.... Do you want me to get you something?" Nico shook his head and Percy nodded. "Alright. Just... Get some sleep. We're going to the hospital tomorrow to check on the babies...." Nico glanced up at Percy, another year rolling down his cheek. Percy layed down beside him, letting him press up into his side. Nico buried his face in Percy side, sniffling. Percy kissed his head gently, then waited for him to fall asleep before he followed.
Percy carried Nico inside the hospital, following Jason down the hall. He set Nico on the table and stood behind him. Jason smiled weakly, taking the gel he always made Nico put on his stomach and handed it to Percy. Percy rubbed it on Nico's stomach gently, then looked up at the machine. Jason's eyes danced over it and his teeth ground together. After a few minutes he sighed, then turned off the machine. "They... They will make it. He Just... One of them took some damage and... He'll be okay, he just Probabaly won't have use of his leg..." Percy squeezed Nico's hand, comforting him. Nico rubbed against his arm, his ears pressed against his head. Percy started to clean of Nico's stomach and Jason turned of the machine, pushing it back into the corner of the room. Percy helped Nico sit up, bending down and kissing his head. Nico blinked slowly, his eyes glassy. There was a knock at the door and Jason rushed over to open it. Two police officers came in. Nico froze, pushing against Percy. Percy rubbed his shoulder, smiling at the police. The police nodded and looked at Nico. "I assume he's the one?" One of the police offices asked, not to anyone in particular. "Yeah. Nico, this is officer Waters and officer Murphy." They smiled, making Nico relax a little. "Hey Nico. So... Do you remember anything? His eyes, his face? Any tattoos?" Nico shut his eyes and nodded, pressing against Percy. "Okay. We'll need you to describe him to us. Anything you can remember." Nico nodded,t chewing his lip. "He... His hair was really dark and long.... Like... To his shoulders and.... His eyes were green." Nico rubbed his eyes, sniffing. "I... I think he had a tattoo on his wrist. It was... I think it was a dragon.... Going up his forearm." He stopped, burying his face in Percy's arm. Percy pat his head, sighing. "Um.... You are..." "Oh, my names Percy. I'm his boyfriend." The police nodded,t looking at each other. "We're going to need to see your arms." Percy blinked in confusion, biting his lip. "You think I raped him?" "No. We just need to check everyone he knows." Percy nodded slowly, licking his lips. "Um... Nico... Please look away." Nico covered his face and Percy sighed, pulling both his sleeves up. He looked away from the police as the inspected his arms. Jason shook his head. "Percy... How could you do this?" Percy bit his lip. "I just.... I don't know...." The police nodded. "Alright. You're off the list. We're going to have to get some suspects.... We'll call you when we have some." Percy looked away as the officers left, holding his arms out still. Jason sighed and walked over, taking his arms gently. He raised one to his lips, kissing one of the feel guys that ran down it. "I thought you had stopped." Jason whispered and Percy shook his head. "I tried Jason. I really did.... I just.... I'm not good enough-" "You are wonderful. I wish I still had you. Just... Please stop. For Nico." Percy sighed. "I'll try but..." Jason shook his head and left the room. Nico looked over at Percy, rubbing his eyes. "What did you do?" Percy bit his lip, then showed Nico his arms. Nico stared at then, then bent down, kissing them. "Percy... Why would you do that?" Percy shrugged. "I dont know..." Nico smiled, then rubbed against him. "Can we go home?" Percy nodded,t picking him up and carrying him to the car, then driving home.
