    Flashback

"Do I really have to come with you Hyung Jungkook complained waiting outside my door. We both got a job offer at a big company and we were going to get the application letter today.

"What do you mean, you have to come along It's for the both of us" I walked out of the room fixing my tie "And look at you, really your going to wear sweat pants and an oversized black hoodie?"

"I didn't even want this job I'd rather be a gamer" he whined. I ignored him walked out of the house.

"Jungkook you have no choice you're getting this, look at the bright side me and you can work together" I tried convincing him pulling him into the car. 

"you say that like its a good thing" he scoffed. And we drove off to our new boss's house. Because it was a Saturday and the company wasn't open so he told us to come straight to his house.

"you nervous kookie," I asked as I wiped my sweaty hand on my pants waiting in front of the door.

Jungkook POV

"You gonna ring the bell or not," I asked starting to get annoyed.

"Maybe your right we should go back," he said walking back to the car.

"No! you didn't drag me at what.... 7 o'clock just to look at a door" I turned him around and rung to the doorbell.

"why would you do that" Taehyung started freaking out "here you stand in front of me" he grabbed me by the shoulder at pushed him in front. "what else do you do with a doorbell?" I laughed at how scared he was. The door opened and my jaw dropped, underground dropped.

"hi? how may I help you?" a young girl stood in front tucking a stray hair behind her ear. My heart skipped a beat when we locked eyes. Was this heavy beating in my chest, an effect of "love at first sight". Was that even possible? It had barely been a minute since I had met her. I didn't even know her name?!

"Jungkook?"Taehyung interrupted my thoughts. He pushed me aside and introduced himself to her and told her why we were here, but all I could think about was her angelic voice. She brought us inside and told us to sit down.

"H-Hyung who is she?" I finally spoke. 

"She's the bosses step-daughter," he said eyeing me down" why are you asking?"

"Nothing but did you catch her name," I asked eagerly moving towards him.

"She didn't throw it," he said expressionlessly 

"Hyuuuuuung" I whined hitting his knee. 

"okay clam, down its Mirae" 

Mirae.......nice name. She walked back into the room and I quickly sat up straightening my posture. I think Taehyung noticed because he scoffed looking at me then back at her.

"I'm sorry he's is kinda busy right now and he said that you guys can come back tomorrow.

"Oh, that's okay," Taehyung said standing up and I followed. She followed us outside waving as we got out, but closed the door before I could wave back. I stood there with one of my hands up staring at the shut door. 

"Soo kookie's fallen in love" Taehyung startled me and I quickly jerked my hand back into my pocket.

"No, I just met her" I defended feeling my cheeks go red.

"Kk, I don't think you need to come along tomorrow," he said getting into the car.

"Nah, I'll come after all it's my job too" I jumped in the car and put my seat belt on waiting for Taehyung to get in.

"Righhhhht" he sarcastically said looking at me weirdly.
