 Chapter 6:

Damon's P.O.V

Finally! I'm home!

As I walked through the front door I had a strange feeling something wasn't right. I looked around front the front door down to the hall. I put my hand in a 'stop' sign, so Zac understood. We were both there scanning the hall and outside the door where we were.

I took a step in, walking slowly, and Zac followed. He had his back to me to watch behind us. It's a bit sad to say that we were used to this, but we were. We have been ambushed and bombarded so many times that I have lost count. None of the people that tried to get to us ever succeeded though. We were too organised with where we placed our weapons in the house.

Halfway down the hall, I grabbed two Glock 21 hand guns out of the umbrella holder, handing one to Zac. I pointed the one I had down the hall in front, ready to shoot if someone tries to attack us. As I got to the end and turned into the lounge, the guy I saw sitting on the couch smiling at me, made me want to just pull the trigger and be rid of him.

"What do you want?!" I yelled at him and he laughed. What the hell? He has a gun pointing at him, by his enemy and he is laughing? This guys is seriously mental.

"You two are so alike it's so funny. I came to your school this afternoon and she greeted me the exact same way." He continued to laugh. Who was he talking about? Who am I like? He definitely was a wacko.

"What are you talking about?" This guy was seriously confusing me. He shook his head.

"Look we need to talk, so please put the gun down. I assure you I am the only one here." I looked at him sceptically.

"Zac search the whole house, if you aren't back within ten minutes then I'm shooting this guy between the eyes." Zac nodded and was off. I kept my gun and gaze sternly stuck onto Harry. If he so much as moved a way I didn't like I'll shoot him in the thigh. Better to wound, not kill. That's my motto that I try to always abide by. We stood there in silence just waiting for Zac to come back.

About five minutes later and he was back, he gave me a sold nod, which was our code for all clear. When you get people come in and ask to just talk like Harry is now, they always say they are alone when really they aren't. If he gave me a shaky nod that means someone else is there.

I lowered my gun a little, still pointing at Harry though, because I don't trust that guy at all.

"What do you want to talk about?" I was beginning curious, because let's face it, he came here and could have been shot dead so it must be so etching good.

He laughed. "Someone is straight to the point aren't they?" He looked amused. I just rolled my eyes.

"Just get on with it!" This guy was annoying me now. His expression suddenly turned very serious.

"We are here to talk about Lilly." He sounded very serious. I raised an eyebrow at him questioningly. What about Lilly? I don't get it! What is there relationship?!

"What about her?"

"Do you know what her last name is?" He asked curiously. Zac stiffened next to me, I turned to look at him. He looked seriously worried. What the hell is going on?!

"No? Should I?" He laughed at me again.

"Austin" he said simply. My whole blood ran cold. Her last name was Austin? But then why didn't she know who I was? And why didn't she know what the fight at the shops was about? He must be lying.

"Can't be. She doesn't know anything about me or you for that matter." I stated simply. Harry shook his head.

"Of course she doesn't know. She is the heir to the Scarlet Knights, she has been sheltered from this from the very beginning." He shrugged as if it was nothing. WHAT THE FUCK?!
