The sting of the ice cold water on her skin was what hit her first, the water felt like shards of glass as her hold on Ten hadn't wavered at all.
Snapping his neck on the way down the cliff, the waves pushed both of them back and forth, Haneul pulling both of them onto the shore.
Something that set in was that Haneul should've felt the crack of his neck if there were this close, a mate would feel whatever their mate was feeling, and yet she couldn't feel anything at all.
"Haneul! Where are you?" Taeyong mindlinked as he seemed panicked, probably hearing about what she did
"I jumped down the cliff, I have Ten with me" Haneul said as she dragged ten's body onto the shore
She soon seen Hendery walking up to her, as he gave her an impressed look seeing the unconscious Ten.
"Huang has Akara right now, we need to get going now before he wakes up" Hendery said as he pointed at Ten
"Haneul, You don't have to worry now, breathe because all of this will be over soon" Hendery said once he noticed that Haneul still looked troubled, even when hearing that Akara was captured
"I know, but there is still one thing that still needs to be resolved, and I don't think we can resolve this just as easily as we resolved this" Haneul said as they heard Ten's body move, makimg both of them shoot their heads towards it direction.
The spot where his body was laid was vacant, seeming like he had disappeared out of thin air but Hendery and Haneul knew better.
"We have to warn the others" Haneul said frantically as they locked hands and in a split second, they were standing at a distance from the others
They were all fighting again, Haneul spotting Ten immediately as she seen him stalking over to Huang, who was distracted fighting Akara.
Cursing under her breathe, Both Haneul and Hendery run over to all of them.
Grabbing a weapon from one of Huang's dead men, They both sped over to Huang's side, coming in between both of Ten and Huang.
Ten didn't shift into his demon form, as Akara Threw his sword at Ten, and shifted into his demon form, fighting Huang in that shift.
"Get rid of her first" Akara ordered, as Ten swung his sword at her, making her jump back and block it.
Haneul didn't want to hurt him, if anything she wanted to just buy Huang time, but Ten made it harder for her to do that when all he could do was swing his sword like his life depending on it.
Sweeping her feet under his leg, she made him fall on his back, as she looked back to see that Akara had Huang up in the air by the neck.
"Dad!" Hendery exclaimed as he angrily ran over to them, shifting mid way as he was about to swing at Akara but suddenly he felt his entire body go numb
