Full Name: Kintaro Dokuro

Aliases (or nicknames): Taro, which is what he usually goes by.

Age: 19

Gender: Male

Specialty/Position: Cook

Affiliation: (rival, Marine, pirate, bounty hunter, Shichibukai?) Pirate

Race: Human

Romance: (want your character to be paired up? If yes, to who (can either be a specific character or just a collection of characteristics)) Sure, if you can fit it in.

Devil Fruit/Weapon: Myaku-Myaku no mi. It can send out pulse waves from their body. Although doing so doesn't harm others too much from a distance and is more like a punch, if applied directly to the body it can do a great amount. Especially if hit at the heart. It can cause the heart to stop. The pulse can be applied to the ground, acting like a sonar similar to Toph from Avatar. As for weapon, Taro often carries around dagger. He only uses it on animals he plans to kill for food or emit pulses. It's a rather plain dagger, though the hilt is wrapped up and the wrapping has a black flame design.

Attacks (Min. 0, Max. 20)

Pulse Stun - Will send weak pulse waves into a body either by direct contact or through the ground that will go through their body and momentarily stun them from the messing with their own brain waves sending orders to the body (if that makes sense).

Wave Strike - Will punch someone then send pulse waves from it, which tends to hurt and mess with the muscles momentarily.

Seismic Pulse - Will send large amounts of strong pulse waves into the ground to the point it creates an earthquake, then sends those pulse waves through the target bodies. This is very tiring, though, so usually only used against large groups to take them out. Also hard for him to control who gets hit by it.

Sonar Pulse - Will send a pulse into the ground/floor/air/earth/etc. and sense what is around. Toph's thing kinda =P

Sonic Strike - Punches in the form of pulses. Similar to wave strike but for distance, usually weakening the pulse so it's more of a punch than any real harm to the insides.

Sonic Slash - Will send out pulse waves from the blade, similar to Sonic Strike. This one, however, is more razor edge and given enough force can cut the target.

Pulse Collision - Creates pulse waves coming from both hands before slamming them together. The collision causes a strong wave that goes forward like a mighty blade, taking down whatever is in it's path. Kinda like a sonic boom.

Anything else you can think of I guess.

Physical Appearance: He is about 6 feet tall and has a nice build from years of training and fighting with beasts. Taro has fair skin and fiery red hair, as well as ember eyes.

Clothing: Taro wears a loose white best with black flame designs on the bottom left open, a short sleeve fiery red shirt under it, and white pants also with black flame designs at the end. He wears the dagger sheath around his waist.

History:Wandera Island was a place discovered by accident. A charter ship stumbled upon it, and at first was going to completely dismiss the place as an area to actually settle. For one, there was a tribe of people there known as the Moujuu. The second reason - the island was also inhabited by great beasts that were the equivalent to land sea kings. From the near-tyrannosaurus Rex creatures to the over large boars, the place wasn't safe to live. It was astounding the Moujuu were even alive. Before they could evacuate from the island, though, they were attacked. During the attack their captain was separated from them due to falling down a cliff. He grew entangled in vines, and although breaking one of his arms and legs, he survived. Seeing this, the crew told their captain they'd find him and ran in an attempt not to be eaten by the large snake that had found them. After a couple of hours the discovery was first made of the Moujuu people when a group found the captain. After hearing what had happened (they speak the same language, just a bit less sophisticated and brokenly) they took the captain back to their tribe to be helped. They were nice people, not instantly jumping on the captain for basically invading their home. While there being patched up he was actually offered an idea. The Moujuu people and their chief liked the captain, and offered to defend and establishment he made. Walls covered in Osama (what they called the T-Rex like thing) blood would keep away any truly fearsome predators due to fear of whatever could kill an Osama for a few years. It even kept away other Osama. The people offered to supply the blood if needed. By the time the captain returned to his crew, it was settled. The Moujuu were never around the area the captain had landed at, so that area could be settled as long as the people didn't push any farther.

With this agreement Kelter's Haven was created, named after the chief that had allowed the settlement. About two hundred years the settlement was still thriving. And Taro had been born. He grew up a wild child, often causing trouble. His mother was usually busy taking care of twins she'd given birth to when he was six and his father was an elder. So yes, he gained the typical want for attention somehow. Because of this he tended to do whatever would amuse him as a child. Including wondering alone in the forest when he was only ten. Although he had a habit of disregarding rules, he had a good heart, and there was one flower in particular his mother really liked that was in the forest and her birthday was coming up. Wanting to surprise her and get it, one day he wondered off. He did a fairly good job while he was out, and he nearly got to the flower. Before he could, though, a large snake mad him its next target. In fear Taro took off. He had no idea where he was going, but he had to get away. With his actually pretty sharp instincts, agility, and small size, Taro managed to stay alive and running for about thirty minutes. The snake was persistent, though, and kept after him. Taro was convinced he was done for when his small body finally gave out. He went down, barely conscious from exhaustion. Before he fainted, though, he saw a figure suddenly fall on the snake, stopping it from lunging at him.

When Taro awoke he wasn't with the tribe but in a home. The new environment greatly confused Taro, and he began to panic. As he scrambled toward the exit, the door opened and a man stepped in. Based on the clothing the man wore and his environment, Taro instantly knew where he was - Kelter's Haven. Although still confused, Taro's interest was quipped since he'd always been interested in the strange place. Rather than living in wooden houses built among the trees like the Moujuu, they had rock and brick places, and they dresses in a strange way compared to the Moujuu's fur material. This interest calmed the boy, and he accepted food when given to him. The man claimed he was Ganju. He was a chef at The Beast Palace in Kelter's Haven. To Taro's shock, Ganju told him every day he went out around the town and killed a beast. From there he'd use it in his specials for the day. Someone outside of the Moujuu killing the great beasts? Not only did the concept interest him, but Ganju's food blew Taro away. It was better than anything he'd tasted his entire life! What could Ganju do with the food that the Moujuu couldn't? Seeing his interest in this, Ganju offered to let Taro see his restaurant. Taro eagerly agreed and it was decided they'd go there before they figured out how to get Taro home to his parents. With this plan they headed to The Beast Palace. Taro was engulfed by the different culture, instantly taking a liking to it. It was so different. Not only that, but the Moujuu culture, although kind, was strict and limited. Taro had accepted, though never liked, this.
