A young noble hailing from the royal bloodline of House Atlencis and the second child of Lord Vado and Lady Valkyrja, she is a Water Adept renowned for her gifted talent in magic and knowledge. Though horrible at directions and sobs at every daunting hardships, she tries really hard to adapt to a given tough situation and is always determined to resolve a given problem. Despite her said determination, however, she oft falters at her decisions, especially when she had already decided on one and is now far from withdrawing from it. Being raised extremely and strictly within the castle walls without exposure to the public, she has only experienced stepping outside the castle exterior once in her entire lifetime.

When she turned two years old, the feeble girl had already been assigned with four retainers entrusted by his beloved uncle, the Atlencian King Vaegr. These retainers are the gallant sword-wielding prodigy Marseth, the lance and spear-favoured Roshea, the axe master Vaike, and the archer lady Astrid.

At the tender age of four, her mother had already taught her basic language and ethics. The next subject she studied after the aforementioned topics is literature. History, basic science, herbology and botany, swordplay, and finally, the arts of magic soon followed it in the very same order.

For swordplay, none other than her beloved brother, who is about a decade older than her, taught her. Most of their sword lessons involved fencing and positioning. On the topic of magic, the young princess started her lessons on it almost a week prior to the attack of the Edfaustians.

After the unanswered attack of the Earth kingdom's army and a series of losing familiar faces, Frei is now left alone until she met a mysterious boy, one who, unbeknownst to her, will become an important figure for her journey.
