John warned Mabel that he never wants that walking dead male (he meant Skyler) around their house ever again and never with his daughter even though he forgot they got a dead-ass-jerk (Ryan) in their house itself. Well, Skyler's piercing made her dad think like that but Marina figured it out to calm her husband. Marina loves Skyler and she still sees him as the seventh-grade one.
Saturday evening, Zoe's act play turned out into a tremendous performance. After a massive hit, everyone was hoping for an after-party, and Nina, Zoe's drama club friend, satisfied that wish.
Now Mabel was doomed with her bored ass in Nina's after-party. There was less crowd cause the popular group was not there to booze. Except people who were already there at the party were missing the fun of shitty house party games and started regretting their decisions to attend this not-so-fun party.
Mabel rolled her eyes at the sight of Ryan chucking a big ass amount of alcohol down his throat. Everyone hyped him. She wonders, how he manages to blend in with his peanut size brain.
Carlos was hitting with some of the random games. Zoe was celebrating her night with her drama group who all were screaming above their throats.
Becca walked to Mabel with a cheeky smile, "Mabel, Come join us!"
Mabel buried her ass on the couch, "I'm fine."
There was a bell ring or more, like a call from demons. Dylan walked in and the party went into a dead silence zone. Mabel watched everyone pause at their movements. Gray hopped in, screaming, "What's up bitches! Daddies are in the house now!"
Everyone squawked. A bunch of people followed walking to Nina's party. The music rose beyond its limit now. Mabel walked up the stairs and sat there, she could keep her eyes on the party animals like a CCTV. It was fun though. Someone smacked the ass of a random girl then she threw her sass before her ass at him. The blue hair guy being mysterious was twerking on the couch. Group of dicks vaping in the corner of the room. The atmosphere was turning shit, she needed to get out.
She wished she could blend in like Ryan with that confidence. Carlos found her and walked near her, "Hey, what you're doing up there?"
Like you don't know.
Still, she replied louder because of the high-volume music, "Sipping coke!"
He ambles up, "Getting bored huh?"
She nods, "Nope. I'm experiencing history." She keeps her eyes on Dylan as he congratulates the drama students. Zoe clearly walked away with Nina to the kitchen. I'm proud of my girl. She's back at ignoring him.
Carlos chuckled sitting across, "Wanna have a sip?" He pointed at the red cup he was holding.
She shook her head 'No' nervously. She doesn't want any alcohol. His cheeks were blazing with red blush.
"I'm getting tipsy." He slurps in a low voice.
"Don't drink it then." She took a quick glance at him. His curls were soft appearing.
"I'm getting a sort of weird vibe." He chuckles, turning his brawny figure to her.
She takes the red cup away from him, "That's enough now."
"Whatever you say." There was a slight smirk dangling on his lips.
"You're so drunk." She couldn't stop smiling.
He holds his stare at her. The nerves start heating up her body. He deeply scans her eyes, " Tus ojos son hermosos. (Your eyes are beautiful.)"His voice was slurpy she was not sure if he was complimenting her eyes. She wished she knew that fluent Spanish. But whenever he says in Spanish, she just couldn't stop admiring how he rolls his tongue and turns his voice deeper.
