Lazarus stops in front of his apartment door. The door is slightly open. He examines it for a moment, checking for traps before going inside. Sitting on his couch is Taylor, looking rather triumphant despite the situation.

"So you figured it out." Taylor says with a strange confidence.

"Well it wasn't that hard."

"Really?"

"Your clues were rather obvious, a three year old would be able to solve it." suggests Lazarus.

"I'm sure it was difficult for you then."

"A dead man wrapped in a white cloth at the altar? You really think I wouldn't recognize my namesake?" insists Lazarus.

"I expected you to. That's why we're here."

"What I don't understand? The white cloth in the tunnel you escaped from? What's that about?" Lazarus questions.

"That's for me to know and you..."

"It's a signal, isn't it?" Lazarus interrupts rhetorically.

"A signal? For who?"

"For whoever is helping you." adds Lazarus confidently to which Taylor doesn't respond, "You didn't think I wouldn't notice that the Lazarus disappeared from the altar? You were gone by then, which means someone was helping you. Maybe the person you referred to as 'they' when you were trying to be mysterious?"

That makes Taylor smile, "I knew you were the one. You're clearly smart enough for it."

"For what?"

"To be the saviour." declares Taylor.

Lazarus pulls out a gun, pointing it at Taylor who doesn't even flinch, "What about you? Am I your saviour too?"

"Oh I've already been saved. I'm good. But I don't think you're going to do it."

Lazarus pulls the hammer back on the gun, "Really? Why's that?"

"Because you are saviour," Taylor says, making Lazarus twitch before he continues, "This isn't what a saviour would do, is it?"

Lazarus wavers, shifting a little. Just then, the door is kicked open and Elias along with Luke enters. They see the situation in front of them, Luke pointing his gun at Taylor while Elias focuses on Lazarus.

"Don't do it Russ." Elias says with conviction.

"Why the hell not?" Lazarus asks as he puts his finger on the trigger.
