The Glitch In The System | The Fourth Wall Is Broken

New Day

I woke up to the sound of something dropping- which I assumed was a pan- in the kitchen. I sat up straight and I was a little 'confused where am I again? Oh right, I remember ' .  I got up, and saw- my so called- pet crow (?) Iwaizumi sleeping on a pillow on the floor, I decided not to wake him up since he looked comfy. I combed my hair with my fingers, and tied it up in a low bun, (if your hair is too short for that, then just ignore that part)  and headed to the kitchen. 

"Ah (L/N)-San, how are you? did you sleep well?" Tanjiro said with his usual smile. 

He was cooked something in the kitchen, while Nezuko was sitting at the counter eating her breakfast. She turned to look at my and smiled, she had food in her mouth so she didn't say anything. Tanjiro turned to me and said 

"I'm making (food)! you like them right?" 

" I love them!" I said with a smile 

"Okay, they'll be done in five minutes"

Nezuko was still busy munching on her food while I sat down on a chair. I decided to scan the area around me the house was a moderate size. Big enough to acomedate a family of 4-5. There were pictures hung up neatly on some of the walls, the couches were a dark red, crimson maybye? The kitchen counters looked new and were made of marble, the fridge was one of those smart fridges that had a water dispenser. 

"Here you go, hope you like it!" Tanjiro placed the plate down in front of me and handed me some utensils.

"Thank you" 

I took a bite, and it tasted like haven. I knew that a lot of people liked Tanjiros' cooking, and now I could see why. I continued to eat more, and more.

" From the way you're eating, I can tell you like it. I'm glad" 

I nodded.

Tanjiro fixed himself a plate too, and sat down beside me. Nezuko was done by now and prociding to rinse it off and put in in the dishwasher. Then she sat back down beside me. 

" Nii-chan, should we take (L/N)-san and introduce her to Zenitsu and Inosuke?" Nezko was talking to Tanjiro

" Yeah, I it would be nice to introduce her to them" Tanjiro replied " What do you think (L/N)-San?"

once my mouth was free I said " I think that would be nice, and please just call me (Y/N)"

"Okay then, we'll take you there once we finish. Does that sound good"

"yep"

Tanjiro suddenly paused " Nezuko, can you get (Y/N) some clothes she could wear"

Nezuko got up and procided to go to her room " Yep, sure thing".

It went silent for a while, but we were eating so it wasn't uncomfortable. Tanjiro decided to break that silence with a question.

" Hey (Y/N)-Chan, do you like hero's? do you want to be one?"  his eyes twinkled, waiting for my response as she shoved another bite in his mouth.

" Yeah, I like hero's, not sure who's my favorite though. Uhm... I guess i do want to be a hero, but i'm not sure if I'm good enough to be one though. What about you and Nezuko, do you guys want to be a hero?"

"Yep both of us want to be one. Urokodaki, and Tomioka-san are training us. If you want, I cxan ask them to train you too!" Tanjiro said that with his usual smile.

" I would like that thank you. But what school are you hoping to get acepted into,  I was thinking UA. I know that it's hard to get in, but I can try."

" I was hoping to go to UA as well, Nezuko isn't old enough, so she has to wait one more year. I think The writen part of the exam is in two months, then the practical exam going to be ten months after that. But I know that they are still acepting applications" 

" (Y/N)-senpai! I got you some clothes you ca pick which ones you like!" Nezuko burst through her door with a proud smile on her face.

" I'll leave these in your room!" 

"Okay, Thank you!"

Tanjiro and I finished what we had left, while Nezuko went to change. Tanjiro offerd t take my dishes while I went to go change.  I decided on a simple black hoodie that had pink sleves, and a pair of ripped jeans. I realised that some strips of hair came out of my low bun, but I styled it a bit since it looked okay, Iwaizumi was awake at this point, but he remained on the pillow, critisizing me.

SQUAWK ( You need to look more presentable, first impresions are everything, you look a bit like a VSCO girl)

"Well, listin here you little-"

KNOCK, KNOCK

I was cut off when I heard someone knock lightly on the door.

" It's me Nezuko, Can I come in?"

"oh yeah, sure"

Nezuko slowly opened the door to let herself in, and a smile lit up on her face.

" You look so pretty (Y/N)-Senpai!" she said sweetly while she came in.

" you really think so?"  I said while tilting my head to the side. 

She nodded, with a smile still on her face.

I smiled.

"Thank you, Nezuko. But there's no need to call me senpai, I'm only one year older then you after all" 

She smiled again.

"oh, that's right! I came to give you a hair brush, I though you might need it" she handed me a (F/C) hair brush that had a mirror on that back- very practical.

" Thank you Nezuko, I needed this"

Nezuko waved at Iwaizumi and walked out.

 I let my hair down and brushed it, I also styled it the way normaly did. 

I walked out of my room and Iwaizumi said something again

So he does have a heart, huh
