"Where's the bitch?" I asked, a bit concerned.

"Don't worry, Rhydian took her to get some food." I hope they actually come back. That bitch is capable of anything.

"Right, I think this is the perfect time to talk then, just you and me. I know she's with them, we can't trust her. I've known long enough how to see past peoples bullshit." He nodded his head in understanding. "The ring, I have to get in the ring. Sophia warned me about gangs coming here for fights. I have to get in that ring. Call Nora and tell her to meet at the park in a few."

I shot out of bed and before he could pull me back, I pleaded to him. Dean sighed and pulled out his phone.

Nora is my fighting manager. She books all my fights and trains me to be better.

"Hey Nora... Yeah... Meet us at the park in a few." He paused to hear her out. "Yeah it's her... Got it, see you soon." I thanked him and we had to figure out where we would leave Betty for the time being. "How about Adam, he still owes you."

"Give him a call and don't tell him anything, just ask if he's home and if he has any plans for tonight." He nodded his head and got straight into a call with Adam.

After a few minutes, Dean hung up and turned to me. "He's home and has no plans."

"Good." A knock on the door brought us out of our focus. "Not a word about this to either of them." He agreed and we went downstairs to answer the door. "Welcome back but we have someplace to be." Before anyone could say anything Dean and I walked out of the house and towards the bikes.

The car is currency being fixed.

"Dean, take Rhydian, Betty you're with me" I threw Betty and Rhydian our helmets and we got on the bikes.

Now to Adam's house.

When we arrived this is what he was greeted with. "No time. Here she is. Don't lose sight of her. We'll be back in the morning." And with that I left Betty in Adam's house and off we went to the park.

"About time. I was starting to worry." Nora said as we hopped off the bikes. "Who is that?" She asked, looking at Rhydian.

"I could ask the same question." Rhydian said in response. Geez, this guy can't shut up.

"Nora, this is Rhydian. Rhydian this is Nora. Now, I need you to get us in the ring for this entire month." Her eyes grew wide in shock and I bet Rhydian's were just as wide. I could see all the questions she had, so I did my best to answer before she asked them. "There is a possibility that my old gang leader is going to be fighting this month. I need you to get us in, just to see if he shows up. If he does then that could explain a lot. Please, if you have to sign me up for a few fights."

"The fuck?" Rhydian said behind me but I ignored him.

"Please do this for me. We just need to get into the back rooms." I begged her. I heed this. I had to know if it was her. I was sure it was.

"Fine but before any of this happens I would advise you to fill your friend in on what you just said." I turned and saw that Rhydian had the most lost expression on his face.

I took a deep breath before explaining myself. "Before I came here I was in a gang. I've always been into fighting and so they used that to their advantage. When I ran away I still wanted that thrill and one day I ran into Nora and she introduced me to the ring. Since then I've been fighting there. It's not illegal but it isn't completely legal either." I took in a breath and looked at Rhydian. His confusion changed to shock and amazement. "Now, Nora, will you get us in?" She smiled and nodded her head.

Finally. I brought her into a tight hug and when I let go we all went our separate ways. We went back home instead of picking Betty up. I needed to talk with both of them in private.

"Look, we can't trust Betty. Before you go asking questions, let me explain. The gang boss is named Tyron. Ty for short. Anyway, he has a daughter, she should be 16 to this day. A few days before we made our escape, he sent his daughter out on a task, no one knew what it was so when she didn't come back we got worried. The day before I had to go and make my last deal he called me into his office. Before I left I got a glimpse at his phone, it had an image of a girl, the more I looked at it the more it looked like his daughter. The only difference was that she didn't have blonde hair and it was shorter. When I saw Betty, she looked just like his daughter. By the way she reacted to me, I was right." I looked at each of them, Dean wasn't fazed by it but Rhydian looked constipated.

"So you think Betty is your old gang leader's daughter? What's the daughter's name?" Dean asked while Rhydian still looked constipated.

"Her name is Conna. She was a spoiled bitch that got everything from her daddy. Unlike a lot of the children in the gang, they killed our parents and then took us to build up and be stronger in numbers." Tears began to sting my eyes as I found myself back in the club common area.

Leah, one of the gang bartenders began to shake my shoulders. "You ok Ram? Hey, are you ok? Ram?"
