We all know that feeling when someone we love is torn away from us in any way. The pain and hurt we feel. All the feelings we try to hide because we are too scared of what people will say.

Don't hide it. If they have words to say ignore them because they are not worth your time. If you didn't ask them what they thought then there is no use in fighting with them.

Life will throw challenges at you. Life will throw you down, but let me ask you this, what is stopping you from getting back up? Is it the people that call you names? Is it a lack of friends or family? Is it your own thoughts? Block them, because I know that you can get through it. I know that you are strong and I know that you can beat all your challenges.

I messed up my life from the very start, but you can always change. I'm not saying to change just to get someone to like you, no, that's just not what you do. I mean, change for yourself. Don't let them get in your way, don't let them put a wall up. If you want something, go for it.

My life was a chain, I was on the streets which caused me to start illegal fights, that led me to deal illegal drugs, then after that, the gang, in that gang I was given drugs and alcohol, I got addicted. At any point, I could have stopped my bad habits, but I didn't, I let them lead me to insanity.

When I didn't recognize my friends is when I realized just how much they changed my life. Sophia went through the same things, yet she stopped, got a good job, and lived her life happy. When she came back to visit her life went to hell.

Know what you bring to the table. Don't lead someone to like you when you just want a friend. A real friend is someone who stands at your side. A friend is someone who loves you for you and not someone you fake.

Look in the mirror. How can you fix your life before you mess it up like me? Don't let it get to that point. Don't go down that road. Make that sharp turn and change. Change because you feel it to be necessary.

At the end of my life, I got my friends killed. They all died because of something I did in the past. Something I did 14 years ago. They didn't deserve anything like what happened to them.

Remember that even though it happened years ago doesn't mean that it can't affect you now. I've hurt a lot of people and a lot of people have hurt me but it all gets balanced out at some point.

My name is Expedita Rovida, and life has taught me so many things. I lost family but I gained friends. I gained a love that I thought was impossible for me. I was damaged but they still loved me.

I want you all to keep this in mind. Love comes in so many different ways. It doesn't all have to be romantic. The love of your parents, the love of your friends, the love of pets, the love of yourself. Don't let one definition of love control your life.

You deserve the best.

You deserve to be happy.

You deserve to enjoy life.
