Madison's POV
Imagine leaving our family, your life. Your whole world that you have always known and then being dropped back in.
This hotel door was my dropping point. The moment at which I was going back to my old world.
I took a deep breath and fitted the silver key into the door knob, turning it slowly. Pushing the door open, I gulped loudly as I saw my second oldest brother sitting at the coffee table on his laptop.
TypicalI looked back to Dean who was opening the trunk of Chevy. I stepped into the hotel room which Dean described as the only place Demons wouldn't stay.
I took a few more steps into the room and set my leather jacket and backpack on the bed with a thump.
Sam finally looked up to me, his fingers sliding of the keyboard.
"Hey Sammy." I whispered and tried a smile.
He stood up and took long strides till he was standing in front of my, a few inches away.
"Madison?" Sam asked.
I smiled better this time which soon disappeared and I went to apologize, "Sammy I am s-"
Before I could finish, my older brother swept me into a hug and squeezed tightly.
It felt so good to be back in his arms. Sam had taken me in when we had left my brother and father. I had stayed with him for a while in his college apartment before he bought me an apartment of my own. He was always there, my big brother. I had broken his heart and could only pray he would forgive me.
"Madison." He whispered into my hair and squeezed me again.
"Did you miss me?" I asked leaning my head on his shoulder.
"Don't you dare do that again." He ordered and released me.
I smiled and brushed his hair from his face. "You need a hair cut, Sam." I said, taking note of his long hair.
"Maybe you can convince him." Dean complained, coming into the room. I turned around and stuck my hands in my back pockets, smiling.
"Tell you what Sammy if you cut yours I'll cut mine." I bargained, still looking at Dean.
"Shut up." Sam complained and returned to his spot.
"You idiots better have a good reason for nearly killing me, I was studying for finals. I'm in college now." I said and leaned against the door.
Both Sam and Dean looked at me questioningly and I shrugged my shoulders asking, "What I worked hard to get my 4.0."
"Sam what have you done to our baby sister?" Dean asked as he set down the duffel bag.
"Hang on, first of all your volunteering to cut your hair, second of all Dean why would you kill her?" A new voice had joined the room and I spun around.
There he was, standing in all his glory, Crowley. The bloody king of hell.
See, I was used to meeting up with demons. It was part of the job. But when it came to Crowley it was shoot first ask questions later. We all jumped up at once, Dean grabbing a shotgun (useless but it was reflex), Sam grabbing the demon knife and me standing there, staring. Nothing, I mean nothing scared me.
That got carved out of me long ago by my father. Ghosts, monsters, demons, wendigoes, the lot of 'em had no effect on me. They were scared of me. Especially Crowley.
The damn demon probably had a party in my absence.
What can I say, it was a talent.
"Madison darling, nice to see you again." The black haired man said taking a step forward.
This should be interesting
