Chapter 8

Athena P.O.V

Leonardo was death glaring at poor Logan, and I had to act fast if I don't want Logan to be beaten up to death

" Leo, you are here?" I asked softly as I walked past Logan to him, taking his hand in mine hoping it will calm him down a bit because this scenario happens often, but this one might be the worst of them all.

" Leo this is an elementary school friend of mine Logan, he just came by and we watched a movie together, Logan this is my boyfriend Leonardo " I introduced them hoping the chill air will disappear

" It is nice to meet you, Mr. Leonardo, I got to go now, thanks Athena for the movie, bye-bye," he said as he slowly walked past us and left the place

Poor boy seemed scared

But that doesn't matter, what matter is how to convince this man right here not to go after him because he is already trying to get his hand out of mine so he can follow him

" no please, don't " I begged him, but he didn't seem to buy it 

" I am begging you don't," I said once more hugging one of his arms tightly

" Athena... let me go or I won't be in a good mood for the rest of the day " I shook my head

" Please... don't " I requested once more he sighed before calming down a bit

" let's get inside, ok?" He sighed once more before nodding

" so, you let a stranger come to your house when you are all alone, letting him sit and watch a movie with you while eating snacks?" he was counting down my mistakes standing right in front of me in the living room while checking everything out with his eyes

" I am sorry, I swear I wanted to sound polite to ask him to come inside and he accepted the offer, what can I do?" I am innocent

" don't be polite then, you can't trust anyone," he said and I just nodded, he keeps telling me that always. And no I am not a puppet or a submissive brat who just knows how to obey her boyfriend. But I know he is not trying to control me, but he always considers my safety and the fact no one can't be trusted. This brings the question as to why is he so worried about my protection.

" now can you not be mad at me anymore?" I asked him

" it is hard not to be mad since I haven't beaten up that boy " he never tries to hide what is in his mind

"let's do it this way then, we will order pizza and watch a movie together? I didn't enjoy it at all because it wasn't with you " I told him truthfully and his eyes softened right away

" let's do that then," he said that with a smile, making me clap my hand before pecking his lips and run off to Kitchen to order the pizzas

Thirds person P.O.V

As soon as Athena left to the kitchen, King looked around for any suspicious things and he found something very interesting.

There in the living room inside the bin, there is a note saying

" don't trust your boyfriend " he smirked at the thought of someone so stupid trying to mess up with his girlfriend more clearly with him. And it is funny how Athena didn't even pay it attention and threw it into the bin trash. She was his queen after all.

He just put the note inside his pocket when he heard his love footsteps getting closer

" it will be here soon, you can choose which movie to watch," she told him cheerfully, making him smile at her before sitting down and searched for something they would both enjoy. She also sat down beside him, hugging his right arm
