Movies prt. 2

We're now in the movie theatre. I'm surprise they let pets in today usually they don't but here I am. Lorelei said it was okay because they have early discounts, not buying it, I'm sure she force a worker to let Kayn in. As Ava and Lorelei talk, I walk to the Daemos and decide to prep them so Ava won't have to deal with another sh!t in her life.

"Why are we here again?" Asch asks to Rhys.

"Because Lorelei wanted to ruin Ava's life by watching a movie." I answered standing next to Rhys.

"I'm still conflicted on what we're doing." Rhys said looking at the movie posters.

"*sigh* This is a movie theatre. Watching a movie is like reading a book but instead it's in motion like you can see them move with your eyes."

"Really?"

"It's the best way I could describe it. Just so you know nothing that is happening on screen is real and fake, so that means nothing can hurt you."

"So what movie are we going to see?"

"That depends on Ava's decision, but I'm sure Lorelei will pick since she's paying."

"Princess Ava and human Lorelei mention this is a place where you can date." Pierce mentioned.

"I guess you can. I already explained to you what a date is, right? It's like courting with your lover on special occasions but on human terms." I explained breifly.

"Humans have strange tradtions of courting." Leif commented. "What's with the long face?"

"To be honest, I don't to be here either because of Lorelei and I never been on a date before."

"Do despise her?" Leif asks, I look at him raising an eyebrow. "I could kill her if you want." He smirks.

"As much as I want you to do it, don't. We will get kicked out if someone causes a ruckus so you guys better be on your best behavior, don't ask weird questions unless necesary otherwise people will suspect you're all Daemos. Some humans who are in control in certain areas have the power to summon 911, this place included." I explained in the way they understand as the Daemos' eyes widen in shock.

"And besides, it's a waste of time and not worth it to kill her." Sighing, I handed Kayn's leash to Pierce and walk away from the guys. "Can you guys watch Kayn for me, if you need me I'll be in the food stand." I just want this day to end.

"Seven boxes of popcorn, eight sodas and an icecream stick." I told the cashier, not bothering to look at him and just gave my money. "Keep the change."

"That's a lot for only one person, Thyme."

"Yeah my friends and I- wait how did you know my-?" I look up to see it's none other than my brother.

"Miss me?" Chord grins resting his head on one arm.

"Very! H-how you've been? And aren't you suppose to be on tour?"

"Been good here and there. I'm filling in for a friend, my shift ends in an hour."

"Why so early?"

"The manager boss found out and want me to finish at breaktime. You and Ava don't get out often, so why are you here?" Chord asks getting my order ready, while I stand at the side.

"To be honest me and Ava don't really want to be here. We were force by her aquiantance Lorelei."

"Yikes. How is she by the way?"

"She's fine. We still live together but uhh.." I pause suddenly feeling a pang in my chest.

"What's on your mind?"

"I.." Should I tell him about these things?

"You know what, forget what I said. How about I treat ya guys some icecream after the movie."

"R-really?" He nods. "Sounds good. Thanks bro."

"Anytime." Chord serves the popcorn and Ava arrives with the gang.

"Hello Ava!" Chord greeted.

"Chord long time no see!" Ava greeted back. Ava and I gave the popcorn and drinks to the guys to hold.

"Are these guys your friends?" Chord asks giving me and Ava a look. Chord leans over the counter and pets Kayn on the head. "Hey Kayn."

"Y-yeah. We've kown them for some time and they kinda get dragged here as well hehehe" Ava lies. I take Kayn from Leif and take a sip of soda.

"That's nice to see you guys with other people than with yourselves." Chord chuckles. "Well you guys have fun, I better get back to work. See you later."

Chord went back to work as we went to the side waiting for Lorelei. The guys ended up eating all their popcorn except for Pierce and Rhys. It's also a good thing that I bought icecream.

Lorelei comes back with the tickets and told us to go. Sitting arrangements from left to right are Rhys, me, Lorelei, Leif, Ava, Asch, Noi and Pierce. I kinda doze off during the movie and eventually woke up with us getting kicked out.

"Hey Ava, for what it's worth, you're fun to hang out with." Lorelei said happily.

"You too." Ava sighs. Her and Lorelei hug eachother, much to her dismain, and she left.

"Phew glad that's over." Ava said.

"Yeah, you wanna go somewhere fun?"

"Where?"

"Let's go meet my brother." Ava agreed and we head to my brother in the parking lot. Chord's leaning next to his black Ford ranger pick-up truck playing with his phone, he looked up when he notices us walking up to him.

"Hey Ava, Thyme." My brother hugs and kisses me and Ava on the cheek. I could hear faint gasps and growls behind us.

"Really? A kiss?" I hold my cheek wiping the non-exsistent lipmark.

Chord laughs. "I'm just showing my love to my sister and her friend."

"To be honest, I prefer hanging out with Chord than with Lorelei." Ava giggles.

"So you want to be all muchy with him? He's a bit clingy and affectionate almost all the time."

Chord pretends to gasps and places his hand on his chest. "I am not!"

"Well, I've always wanted an older brother so I don't mind." Ava said.

"Aww thank you Ava, atleast someone appreciates a kind man."

"Whatever." I just rolled my eyes.

"So who are these guys?" He asks gesturing the guys.

"Oh right these are, Pierce, Leif, Noi, Asch and Rhys. Guys this is my elder brother Chord." I introduce each of the guys.

"Sup. Don't worry I don't bite." Chord shakes their hands without warning. "I like your tattoo Pierce."

"Thanks." Pierce said awkwardly shaking Chord's hand. He swings both ways.

"Girls are you two sure these guys are your friends?"

"Yes." We answered. I heard one of them was about to say boyfriend so I kicked him on the leg, Chord notices this and gives me the smirk. Oh gosh no.

"With benefits?"

"No!"

"Really really?"

"Chord!"

"Haha I'm teasing. You two sure none of them are your boyfriends?"

"Can we just stop this conversation and go."

"I agree." Ava and I just hop in Chord's car without saying a word.

"Let's just hope this will doesn't turned out bad." Ava said in worry.

"Agreed." I nod in agreement. Soon the guys went in as well. For sitting arrangements, me and chord are front, Asch, Ava, and Rhys are in the passenger sit, and Noi, Leif, Kayn, and Pierce are at the back.
