Carnival games

(A/N: *collages. Some events from the original episodes will slightly be change. Sorry if not all stuffies mentioned in the chap are in the collage, I got lazy fitting it into one. I had fun with this chapter than I originaly intended. 😅✌)

After the whole ride thing, we stop by the giant pumpkin to catch our breath. This time it's Ava's turn to explain the carnival games and winning stuffies for every game you win.

"What does the suffed animal do?" Leif asks.

"It's just for decoration really, or some people give it to their boyfriends or girlfriends." Ava answered.

"What's that?"

"It's like a label or status you have when you're in a relationship with someone." I explain. "It's like what you call your lover before marriage, and before marriage there's a fiance, and before you even propose to be called fiance's there's boyfriends and girlfriends."

"Will winning a stuff animal make the marriage happen faster?"

"I guess? Maybe? I'm not so sure. But let's just say winning a stuff animal is a romantic gesture. I mean I personally find it romantic when some wins me a prize, no one besides my dads win me one. Don't you Thyme?"

"Yeah." I nodded and zoned out after a few more questions. A memory suddenly popped in my head. It's when Chord first introduce me to Rae in this very carnival, he won her this giant ass teddy bear for their aniversary. It took Chord to introduce Rae to me and Mama for one year.

Anyhow, I sense the others stormed off so I went as well to win myself a prize because I know none of them will give me one. Well maybe Rhys would but I'm sure he'll give it to Ava.

"Come one, come all! To the darting game, 2 tickets equals five chances! Pop four ballons to win a prize!" I heard the carny shout.

"Sir, a try please." The carney gave me five darts. I pop three out of the four needed ballons to be popped. The carny was kind enough to give a small prize because of effort. I won this adorable, palm size turtle keychain holding a knife. It's too cute.

"What kind of sorcery is this?!" I heard Asch shouted. I turned and saw him by the bastketball game with Pierce and Noi.

"Sir, can I try?" I ask walking up to the group of men.

"Of course everyone is welcome! A ticket equals three chances."

"Be careful, this game is super hard." Noi warned. I place my turtle in my pocket and give the carny man my ticket.

"And your short." Am not! I'm taller than Ava!

"Please, you just don't know how to shoot." I shoot the ball only for it to miss.

"Heh, you were saying?" Asch mocked.

It's alright I have two more. Focus. I got another ball and stepped back dribbling it and shot. Miss. Last try, I dribbled the ball again and shoot it leaping forward abit... swish, swosh, it went in!

"And the lovely lady wins a prize!"

I did a hair flip at Asch and snap my fingers at him, complementing my now victory smirk. "B!tch please."

The guys were surprise and the Daemos Prince tries to stutter up some words. "You boys could learn from this young lady." The man laughs giving me a large crocodile. I know who is one reminds me off.

I walk away wanting to play another game when I saw Ava walking with Mr. Dracula. Ava said they're finding Mr. Dracula's daughter and her friend, so I descide to help. While finding the girl, I saw the Daemos running around the place in a panic state, not sure why though.
