Finally, there it is; my food journal. I used this every day of year 9 up until then middle of year 10 and told myself that I wouldn't need to use it again, that I could keep in control but after last night... I don't think I can. I have until the 6th of January to fix myself again before school. Let's see how this goes...

6lb... I look at myself in the mirror; my ribs are more defined and my waist has more of a curve inwards. I'm proud of myself but can't shake the feeling that I could've done better, lost more weight, eaten less, worked out more. Just done better.

I guess the final judgement of that will be what happens at school tomorrow.

Bit of a different layout for this chapter as I didn't want to spend too long on Hattie's thoughts over Christmas.

The days marked n/a are for days that Hattie was out and couldn't keep track of everything she ate.
