[Time jump, the second year of Hogwarts]
“It’s about time to find out what’s going on with Remus!” James said, taking his invisibility cloak out of his suitcase.

“You mean we’re gonna follow him?” Asked Liz, not looking up from her and Sirius’s chess game. She just took his queen.

“Yes. Right now, so get up.” He said.
“Well, I guess we’ll never know who wins.” Smirked Sirius.

She rolled her eyes but smiled.

“Let’s go!” They, somehow, all fit under the cloak and they ran to the courtyard and saw Remus heading to the forbidden forest with Madam Pomfrey.

“Where are they going?” asked Peter in a hushed voice.
“Look! The Whomping willow! What are they doing- Where’d they go?” Liz whispered.

“Look, a passageway! They hit this bump on the tree!” James said.
Liz raised her wand “Wingradium Leviosa!”
A twig raised from the ground and hit the tree trunk.

“Finally! After two years, we’re gonna find out what it’s all about! Ouch!”

Sirius was a bit too loud so, to shut him up, Liz hit him on the arm. Not hard, mind you, just so he wouldn’t give away their position. When they got near the roots of the tree, they saw a tunnel underground. They got inside, turned their wands on and took that Cloak off.

“What do you reckon he’s doing?” asked James when they reached the door at the end of the tunnel.

“Only one way to find out,” said Liz. She opened the door and they saw Remus.

He realized they were there and said “Run!” but then, something happened. Something shifted in his eyes.

They didn’t look sane anymore. They didn’t look human.
Remus started growing. Hair grew out if his hands and face. His clothes ripped and he became a terrifying creature. Then, the creature spotted them and came running at them…
