Her things were packed, her suitcase was ready and everything was set. Dumbledore told her that the school will deal with the money since the money her family had was being invested in more important things, such as medicine for her little sister. Still, her parents gave her some money, just in case. "Are you sure you'll be okay?" Her mom asked when Dumbledore came. "Don't worry. I'll be fine." Liz answered as she hugged her parents. "We'll miss you, Lizzie!" Her sisters cried as she hugged them too. "Don't worry, I'll write to you. I love you all very much. See you soon." Liz said, but as she was about to go out the door, her dad stopped her. "Here, take this, dear." He handed her a golden necklace.

"What? But- when did you get this...?" She stumbled. "It was your grandmother's. Read the writing on it." He said. "She walks with her head held high, fire in her soup and mouth she can't control." Liz read "Dad, this is beautiful, thank you!" She said.
They hugged some more, said their farewells and then, professor Dumbledore showed up. "Ready to go, Miss Browser?" He asked. "Yes, professor." She said and turned to her family. "Bye, I'll write to you! See you soon!".
And, just like that, she was gone. She was going into the unknown and she couldn't wait to see what happens.
