✯︎"He called you a WHAT?"✯︎

Out of the nearby bushes emerged two centaurs.

"Relashio!" Liz whispered and Davies was free from his ropes.

"YOU IDIOT! YOU- OUCH!" He yelled at her, but she kicked him in she shin to
shut him up. The centaurs were aiming at them with their bows.

"Who are you? What are you doing in our forest?" said one of them

"We're with Hagrid! We're students from the school. We don't want to harm you or your forest." Said Liz.

They were lowering their bows, but still seemed dangerous.

"We don't attack children. We shall let you pass now, but don't duel in our forest again." One of them said calmly.

"Who are you calling a child, you weak-minded horse?!" Davies yelled.

One of them was about to shoot an arrow at him, but Hagrid ran in and
stopped them.

"Ronan! Magorian! Don't hurt him. I'll get him outta your sight, just let them pass!" apparently,

the centaurs respected Hagrid and they let them all pass.

"Are yer alright, Liz?" She was obviously a bit shaken up.

"Yeah, I'm fine."

When she was walking to the castle with James and Sirius, Liz told them
what happened.

"He called you a WHAT?" Sirius yelled and turned around, obviously planning to find Davies.

"Don't." She told him.

"Liz, he's right we can't just let him get away. He has to pay" James said and
they both started walking faster towards the castle, but she grabbed their wrists.

"He didn't get away. We dueled, then I beat him and then centaurs tried to attack us, but Hagrid saved us. It's okay." James seemed to calm down a bit, but Sirius wasn't convinced.

"I still don't think we should let it go."

"I'm not asking you to. I just don't want to make an unnecessary scene. The next time he does something like this, you can hex him, for all I care. Just don't do anything stupid."

"Sirius, I think Liz is right." James spoke.

"Fine. If you both think so. But just promise me you will tell us the next time it happens." He said.

"I promise." She said, rolling her eyes.

"Oh, and, by the way, how did the duel go?"

"He tried to petrify me, I blocked him and hit him with a nice incarcerus." Pride and admiration mixed on the boys' faces.

"But incarcerus is a 5th year spell. How'd you learn it?" James asked.

"I just felt like it could come in handy sometime. Turns out it did." She
smiled.
"With your magic, we'll become animagi in no time!" Sirius laughed.

"Yeah, I hope so."

"Oi! Mudblood!" they heard a voice. It was, of course, Davies. He had his wand out.

James and Sirius whipped their wands out too.

"Wanna say that again?" James aimed at his face.

"What did you hear?" Liz asked, she also took her want out.

"Calm down, Potter, I don't want to harm you. Just your little friend." He

said. Liz realized what he was doing. He was leading them on. He knew what James and Sirius would do. He was trying to get them in some serious trouble.

"She asked you a question, Davies." growled Sirius.

"I heard your little joke about becoming animagi. As if you would have the skill set to do that. Black, Potter and a mudblood becoming animagi? Ha!"

Two spells were going towards Davies, but they stopped. Liz was standing there with her wand raised.

"Liz, what are you doing?"

"Are you out of your mind?"

They were both staring at her and Davies took the opportunity.

"Depulso!" Davies yelled and Sirius got hit by the spell and hit a nearby tree, but he seemed okay.

"Expelliarmus!" Liz caught Davies' wand and threw it in the lake. The three of them ran towards the castle.

"Why did you block our spells?" James asked her in the common room.

"He was trying to get you to hex him! You'd get thrown out!" she said and then turned to Sirius.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah. Are you?"

"Why wouldn't I be?"

"You got called a mud... that twice tonight. I'd be pretty shaken up.

"I'll be fine soon. Don't worry."

They all went to bed, fearing what would Davies tell the teachers.
