I'm going to be honest, it's not that big of a deal. Not that many have it. The one problem was that Instagram was once used to ruin my life. I'm fine now. I get this feeling that some people just made an account to be followed or just for the sake of it.
My parents don't allow me. Or maybe they will. I've never asked. People in my school only use Instagram.
It's probably different from other schools because technically we're not supposed to bring our phones to school. We're also not allowed to use them but there is this one student that uses his phone when he's not supposed to and I've seen him use Instagram a bunch of times. In my opinion social media is a nice thing to have because you can keep track of other people.
